The shop itself is not that big. They have 2 table for dine in. The price in my opinion is higher than usual. The guy took my order was nice. I bought a birthday cake. The taste is good enough. The store was clean. It have huge parking lot that's a plus point.

Product, as always, was great. I think the surcharge for credit and/or debit use is disgusting and unconscionable. If a business can't manage routine expenses, they should close up shop.
Nasty, rude, uneducated and unprofessional. Do not go to this carvel, the staff has no manners just attitude. Very nasty and when she dipped the scooper in water she put water in my ice cream, my ice cream was completely melted because of so much water-she shut down the machines when various people came in and said they were off already and had no knowledge of any of the flavors nor did she offer a sample. She made it clear she did not want anyone's business and was angry, clearly the lack of adult management and proper training.There is a better carvel in bayside if you have the means, the staff at bayside location is polite, make sure you tip them at bayside they deserve it.

Apparently those positive reviews are from the business staff. Look at those reviews and the profile of those reviews clearly shows they only have been made by the business to cover the bad reviews. People are not d**** This location is very nasty and unhygienic. It will get you sick. The girl has a very nasty attitude. Very unpleasant experience
Very nasty individual. Be careful they have expired diary and the girl seems to hate her job and her boss. My family got food poisoning from eating at this place. Please care for your family and loved ones and keep them away from this unhygienic environment.
I have gone to this location many times on Wednesdays for the two for one Sundae special. The service is usually good even if the Sunday making is not that great. However on this occasion Jose took care of my order. I could see how he actually cared about the way he prepared the order. The best way to describe it was that they actually looked like the pictures you see in the advertisements. Also Jose's manner was so pleasing during this day before thanksgiving, he took his time, made sure that he understood the order and the toppings. I know in the world we live in everybody is quick to complain, I ask that you please compliment Jose.
