Incredible burritos. Surf and turf is usually my go to. As great as the food is, Lori, manages to be the best part of this place. It’s always a joy running into her and she does a terrific job running the place. Highly recommended.
No joke! The Go Fish burrito is up there as one of the best I’ve ever had. We picked up so it was hot and fresh. Everyone at the counter was quick and friendly.

Yikes, it sucks to be writing this but I’ve come to Burrito Republic several times and typically enjoy the service when the female associate is working at the front (Lori). She’s prompt, thorough, relatively kind and my order is usually never wrong. Whenever I come in and order and it’s the guy working the front he is rude, short and impolite with no regard for customer service. I wouldn’t be writing a review if it was just a one-time/isolated incident - it’s not. Same scenario when I ordered via UberEats and it was taking an exceptionally long time (I live within blocks of the restaurant) I received extremely poor customer service when I called just to obtain a status update. On top of that my last order was entirely wrong even though I was charged extra for certain additions. It’s not so much the quality of food that’s the issue here but the genuine attitude and rudeness that I consistently receive from a particular employee. It’s unfortunate especially when you’re going out of your way to support a local business such as this one as frequently as I have just to receive poor customer service.
Burritos are great. Don't venture out of that. At least on the vegan menu. Cheese quesadilla is literally just cheese. Maybe on me but most Mexican places do something with it. Good for a kid's menu item. Nonetheless stick to vegan burritos and skip the Brussels!
I’ve been two times and both were great. We caught the owner the first time and she’s wonderful. Gave us a full run down on the vegan menu and gave delicious recommendations. Definitely worth checking out.
A really excellent burrito. Everything made to order. Wait time was about 10 min for 2 burritos. Was a nice day so a walk around the quaint neighborhood made the time go by very quick. Ate outside on a little table. Burrito was HUGE and delicious!
ABOVE AND BEYOND..I am a repeat customer and today I forgot to ask for the extra Pico de Gallo that I love so much..but the woman I spoke to apparently knew it was me and added it to my order, to my happy surprise! always hot and fresh! try it if you haven't yet!
Looks pretty..pretty good. However, I did not patron this establishment as I went to Bushwick liquor for scratch off tickets..I found that due to my losing said scratch offs, It would benefit me to say anything that is in fact, a republic of burritos is worth a look..
Food is freshly made n great tasting. They have really been supportive during this challenging time. Burrito Republic is a wonderful asset to our community.
