I was surprised with the quality of the food at this BK in NY. The last time I visited one in PA I promised myself never come back again. The food was terrible. But at this one the burger was delicious, with great quality of buns.
Suppose to get the free impossible whopper thru the t mobile coupon…ended up getting the regular whopper bc they “ran out” of the impossible according to the manager. She thinks there’s nothing wrong with that like how irresponsible. Never eating here again
The service in this burgerking is pretty decent they move quick for the large amount of foot traffic they get in and out of this place
Horrible place. The ladies at the front are so slow in getting your order ready. They look miserable. Place is so gloomy. A lady came in randomly and washed her hands using the water and ice from the self serve fountain and left. DISGUSTING! I felt very unsafe here. Do not recommend to friends and family. Avoid this place. There were homeless people here drunk and fighting. Very sad.
Burger King? The dine in looks more like a homeless shelter. I felt unsafe walking into this location. They need to try to make it a safe and clean environment for their customers and get rid of the loitering.

Spent $7.50 for an impossible burger. My stomach was upset all evening. Finally took laxative to relieve. Never again. The place filled with homeless people.
Just a standard Burger King.My only complaint is that the drink machines are always dripping water every time I'm here. Doesn't seem sanitary. Also, random drinks will give you nothing but water.
The management shouldn't charge an extra $0.10 extra for onion rings, even though the coupon mentioned with fries. There should be some kind of accommodation & give the customer the choice.
Lady complained about finding a Cockroach. Never went back again.
