International credit cards are not supported in their online order system while they are in an internatiinal airport!!!!!No headcount at the most busy hour of the day. Waiting more than 40 minutes to take an order. Now they said the kitchen is closed. Make a very bad name to the BWW chain. Very lousy service
Pretty expensive, but that's given at an airport. Ordered 14 wings which were served within 15-20m of ordering even though the restaurant was absolutely packed. Food came out hot and tasted good. Good option if need to kill an hour or two for a flight.

She's the best. This probably reads like I'm her cousin and just want her to get promoted. The later is true. She should be promoted, but until she is MAKE SURE SHE'S YOUR WAITRESS SHE'S 10/10. We ordered the boneless wings and cheese fries. Not impressed by the quality of the food at all. The boneless wings were like over cooked frozen chicken nuggets that arrived at room temp. Maybe you’ll be better off trying something else.
No one even greets you to tell you to seat yourself and no one takes your order, you do that through a QR code. Service is glacial and the minimum suggested tip is 20% for doing nothing more than delivering food (still waiting for mine). Tables were dirty when I sat down and they pushed me towards a smaller table. $15 for a beer. To top that off they lost my order for the beer and didn’t even have a receipt for my order (though they charged my credit card).
Expensive, but food is good and they are fast! Little to salty if you would ask me.
Good service - especially fast at the bar - boneless wings were absolutely terrible - tastes like overcooked chicken nuggets, especially bad for the $19.95 price for a small! Servers were nice though so this is more about the product itself.
The chicken sandwich was good, but the fries were not very crispy and a little oily. But overall I enjoyed the meal. It better than most other stuff you can find at JFK Airport.
Thank you to Justin at the Terminal 4 branch for being so hospitable and positive! Full of energy and kindness. Food was AMAZING! Portion sizes great too - one portion of fried definitely enough for 2/3 people. Thank you for an amazing dinner before our flight.
