Very good ? crowd . The place is always great for you and your family it seems like everyone goes there to have a good time. Definitely would recommend this place.

The restrooms are absolutely filthy. Other then that I had a great time.

i love coming here with my friends. i give three stars only because the service isn’t great, you’ll ask for waters and never get them, or get them after a long time; also, the music isn’t always the best. it can feel a little unsanitary there. staff is kind & the vibes are nice. i enjoy coming out to queens for this place
Just called and ask if proof of vax was needed and the guy rudely told me " YOURE GONNA GET THE VACCINATION WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT! BYE!" and hung up on me. WOAH talk about customer service. That was disgusting. If that's the person on the phone then i can only imagine in person. AVOID THIS POLITICAL SPOT. People shouldn't be talked to like that just for asking a question. You don't even know if i am vaccinated or not. Totally disappointed in how humans are becoming. Grateful to not have spent my time or money on this sham.
**BE CAREFUL**TIP ALREADY INCLUDED - This place was a lot of fun and we spent about 2 hours playing, but 2 stars because they were a sneaky when the bill came. We had 4 of us playing billiards and 2 were just hanging out with us. We ordered a bunch of food and drinks. When the itemized receipt came ($83.95) there was an already included 15% tip ($11.55) but then when I was given the merchant bill to sign they didn't give me the itemized receipt back and there was still a place for a tip, so without knowing I already paid the 15% tip, I included a 20% tip on the overall amount ($95.50) for great service that we had. I am now looking at the itemized bill that we took of photo of requesting money from the other people in my group and found this out. So, essentially I paid $32 in tip on a bill that was $84 which makes the tip I gave about 40%. I am sure they make $$$ in tips if they aren't very forward about the tip being included already on the bill.
This place is actually really nice I came here after going bowling which is across the street.This place had really good drinks, and food. I had the ice tea which was BANGING!!! Everything was great vibes and had great taste. I will definitely be back.
