I ordered pick up meals from the Boston Market website and it said that it would be ready at 10:15pm even though they closed at 10pm. When I got to the store at 9:50pm they said they was closing and that they didn't make my order. The guy told me to call boston market customer service and that they would give me my money back right away and then he locked the door and closed the store. Boston Market customer service is the worst. Basically I called customer service each day before I got a response. I ordered on the 22nd and received a message on the 29th stating that they will process my refund and I should receive my money back with 3-4 days. I did not even think that I would receive my money back.If the store did not have my order or knew that they would not be able to process my order then someone should have contacted me. Very inconsiderate, rude, irresponsible, unprofessional, and basically bad service.

The worst place to go eat something besides from the food this homeless woman half dress came in an poking my back very hard and demanding me I give her money while I was with my 2 weeks newborn and eight year old trynna have lunch, she wouldn't move untill I give her money when I told her I have none she continued to poke my back really hard till I ended up giving her 4 quarters to leave us alone I didn't know what she was capable of while all this was taking place the guy at the front desk stand there and did nottin i asked him why didn't he call the cops he said im sorry im a street person i dont call cops really?? this is nonsense i will never go there again and eat.

I was not only DISAPPOINTED but felt ashamed that someone would attache their name and character to such mess far from what it was! I use to enjoy and boast about this food when it was $4.99 for1/4 chicken and 2 side with a drink. My God ! I know nothing stays the same. But from $4.99 to 14.99 for now a1/4 of 1/4 chicken with 2 sides and an extra $ for the sides with no drink. This day it was Hi and bye for me.No wonder it was not crowded in there. DID you ever heard of BUILD it and they would come!NO GOOD!

Hit or miss.. I guess it depends on what manager is working because the first time I went ribs were perfect 2nd time my ribs were burned & they put extra sauce on top so I couldn't tell it was burnt until I took a bite plus the manager was eating food out of someones bag while he was working & handling other ppl's food.

I do not recommend this boston market. I had to report them several times for spoiled food. Their food isn't fresh especially their chicken. They serve day old chicken that is brown inside. Chicken always have a foul odor of decay and they serve freezer burn vegetables/food....and the staff are rude.

The chicken was overcooked to the point it was dry and the wing was not edible, The sweet potatoes have no crumb topping at all and they seem to be something out of the freezer not fresh almost like a baby puree with some type of artificial sweetener aftertaste The mac and cheese is not cheesy anymore there's no stretch there's no cheese pull It's hardly mac and cheese I had a 1/2 chicken with two sides its already $10.99 plus tax and it just doesn't seem worth it anymore and I will not be returning to Boston market. It must have been a year since I've been here and this whole meal was just disappointing also cornbread It was really doughy like it wasn't cooked all the way and it definitely wasn't brown enough anyway

Got the reg fam dinner .. everything tastes different.. was not happy at all . Service was great , reason for the 3rd star , even though they forgot my extra Mac n cheese but the one we had didn't even finish .. the food def fell off. ?

Placed order while in New Hyde Park to pick there but order ended up in wrong stores (Jamaica Ave), called to get it canceled and they refused.Never got food (no place to park, which is why I never order from there) and they kept my money (credit card) for a week until I went there. If I didn't, they would have kept it forever and not cared that they were stealing my money. And Corporate never responded to my emails regarding this.

I came in at 11:20am and still they were open but it says they open at 11am and I was the first one to order after they open it took them another 10mins to serve .. very poor customer service
