2nd time!!!...I paid for a soda and they didn't put it in my bag and when I called Paschal or however you spell her name tells me I should have checked my bag. So sorry...didn't know I had to pay for my food and tell you how to do your job. If you charge a customer for something and don't put it in their bag...that's stealing Boston Market!
Just the fact that the restaurant got my order and after a carrier “supposedly had my delivery” the food was still at the restaurant because nobody had pick up my delivery and i find out because I called the restaurant. That it’s not fear and it’s very frustrating, when you waiting for a delivery and 40mins after the system text to communicate that your order was cancel. Very disappointed with the service today. Matter fact the system shouldn’t accept the order in first place and I would it order through another third party.
Pretty much overpriced prison food. Why would i pay $14 for half a rotisserie chicken and you can get 3 for the same price. The chicken is nothing special and its most of the times dry. The sauce on the chicken that is actually good they charge $17 for half a chicken. Plus idk why this location rips off the coupons on the receipt

Wow, if your understaffed hire more people. I feel bad for the woman working tonight, it's literally just her and some little kid working. This is a business hire someone more capable of performance he can't even multitask. Very slow, very inefficient, give that woman a raise she working very hard. You need to understand you have online orders and personal orders you need to keep up with demand. I haven't even tried the food yet, I feel so discouraged to come back due to your lack of staff and how hard some need to work over others. Get it together or you will lose valuable staff fr.
I’m really glad we still have a Boston market in this area. I know it’s not easy to be in good service, and these folks are not serving fast food either. the food is always good and the one time I did a huge delivery order - it was great. I hope management supports the employees well.
I will drive further to go to this Boston Market instead of going to any other one in my neighborhood. I have been dealing with the same manager for years and I hope she's still there but I love this place!
I so love the food here but they changed the Mac and cheese ?
I actually did not get to eat any of the food from this Boston Market.I asked for the gluten free menu and the first lady told me she never heard of gluten. Fine. The second lady told me they don't have a gluten free menu and the whole store has gluten, including the chicken. I asked her for a phone number and she told me I would have to buy something because it is on the receipt.* I emailed you over a week ago* You have not responded.
