Food was as always fresh and amazing. But price is going way outside normal lunch budget.
The experience was verygood and the place was very clean. I was sadden that they didnt have turkey. The food was great lightly pricey $$.
Made an order for pick up on a holiday. We were cutting it close but still arrived 15 minutes before the restaurant closes. We pulled up as soon as someone was exiting. Once we tried to go in, they were locked and refused to open even after I explained that we just wanted to pick up an order. Since they refused to give me my food I disputed the claim with my bank. According to my card company, Boston market then claimed that Services were rendered and “delivered” a full 7 minutes before we even pulled up into the parking lot. Seriously disappointed as I love Boston market, but will have to start looking elsewhere. Also I know the specific time of arrival because I doubled checked when I saw the doors were locked.
The worse delivery service. Ordered 3 times, 3 times canceled. When finally order was approved, after 40 minutes they called and said that they dont have something. Really sucks. The worse of the worse by the moment.
Always love Boston market instead of buying fast food. First time in this location and glad we stopped by to pick up some food ribs, chicken is great, same thing to cream spinach, Mac & cheese very salty, bread corn is okay ( tasted better some other branch).
This Boston market has fries chicken ?. As soon as I saw it I had to get the fried chicken meal. It was delicious, chicken was juicy and had an amazing taste. I had never seen fried chicken in a Boston market until I got to this one in queens. To me this is the best Boston market it has fries chicken ?. ??
Pucked up Thanksgiving dinner this year. Bit of a wait, but totally worth it. Food was delicious. Would recommend to others for dining experience.
Food os good, when you get it. Everytime I ordered something was left out of the order. Once they gave my order to the wrong person. Will definitely have to find another Boston Market that delivers other than this one.
Im not sure why only this branch of boston market went downhill ( metropolitan ave in Ridgewood). The chicken is soooo dry it would make the sahara cry. Why are all the other branches so much better and have moist delicious chicken? What are they doing wrong in this branch? It was good once.
I've eaten at plenty of Boston Markets but this one was an absolute disgrace. There was no attention to the food at all.....literally like a robot made it... I got the family meal and the chicken was unbelievable!!!! Like I can't believe they sold me that...... I want my money back. I really do. You just don't do people like that..Mac and cheese was full of yellow liquid because that could not have been cheese. The corn was starting to turn brown. Smh. Unbelievable!!
