Good food but now certain entree is added $2 extra ?
Hey Owner who responded with 'Thanks'...if you actually cared about your restaurant you would have at least asked why only 1 star. Food was OLD and the space itself was dirty. I almost walked out because it felt so unwelcoming.By your lack of caring, it clearly speaks volumes as to why your space is the way it is and only ranked 1 star.

I usually passed by this Boston Market for many years but it was my 1st time ordering from this location. The food as always is good and I never had a bad experience with the service.
Never Again!. My company used to order from here every year faithfully for the holidays and now all of a sudden we were given problems. Don't do delivery but only does catering at $800+. The person who answered the phone didn't even seem like they wanted business, and handled the call very unprofessional. Now on the do not order from again list. We will take our business elsewhere
seems to be on a decline?the menu looks to be diminished as well as the dollar to product. hoping it is a temporary trend.
The place closes at 12am and at 9:30pm they tell us that the bathroom is closed. Their excuses is that they cleaned it once and they don’t want to clean it again. We want to wash our hands to eat the food we were about to buy but they didn’t allow us to do that in this pandemic.
Good clean store, even the bathroom was ok. The food was ok, the buns were dry, but the chicken was good.
The did could've been slightly fresher
Just walked out because according to them you can't eat inside but can order to take out. Unacceptable in my opinion. This place and Boston Market in general will no longer have my business and I see many others doing the same.
