I was waiting for a while for someone to take my order, but the woman who helped me was nice. The food I think it’s a bit overpriced but Still better than other fast food. The place itself is a little rundown and can use some renovating, but it is nice that there’s two floors of seating.
Service was friendly and quick. I enjoyed my meal that was served fresh and hot, couldn't ask for anything more! Thank you!
I've eaten their meatloaf at another location before and enjoyed it but it was just ok here. A little disappointing when you had your mind set on it.
Do you think you might wanna keep your eye on the available black pepper stock ? Yeesh !Perhaps it's just another supply chain issue. One staff member was efficient. Cashier....not so much. Could the the food be anymore bordering on lukewarm ?
I’m only giving 5 stars because of the 2 guys who worked there. They are halarious. I don’t know y’all names but one was brown skin (at the register) and the other guy was light skin (server) I went there when the coupon was chicken/sides/pie for like 3.99. I traveled to this location because the ones close to me food don’t taste good. (Which I think it’s really a Boston Market issue and not the workers. Yall food just don’t taste the same) Long story short yall made my day and made the experience worth the travel. Keep up the good work!
Walked in on random days and got an individual meal with quarter pound chicken, tastes great and makes me feel nourished after starving at work! I love their email rewards too. So far service in store has been great. The Mac and cheese can be improved though but everything else tastes amazing!
There's this one loud big mouth lady working there. Besides that, they need more staffing. I know times are tough people don't want to work but we can do better.
The staff is very very slow,I gave a second try in a week ,waited 30 mins and they run out of chicken I was told to wait another 10-15 mins.Used to be a great place it may need just a new management.

The food is good but I have to say the service is too slow. Be ready to wait before entering.
