I've been going to this Boston market now for years. It's always been a pleasure to come here but I would have to say in the last 2 years it's really falling off. The meat seems to be very dry and not as flavorful as it once was. I'm not going to say that it's been a one-time thing cuz I I said I've been coming here for years and I'd say within the last 2 years it's been very bad. It's not the worst that's why I will rate it just three stars but it's not as good as it once was
Boston Market..use 2 b..one of my best go 2 places 2 eat.But lately the Chicken tastes like it's been there 4 dys...The prices goes upAnd the food gets BAD..Unbelievable..
BM is always the bomb. But this bm is always out of everything! Today I pre-ordered in app and when I go to pick up no one even knew about my order so finally they go fulfill and what do you know- No rice. No white sauce. No this no that. WTH!? How do you not have cilantro rice for 2 DAYS! The most basic staple available everywhere. When they had the birthday promo they ran out of all the items on sale... I could go on. They need better management ASAP
I just bought this meal for 3 for lunch. Jan 6 ‘22. The chicken was hard like it was cooked a day before.
Love the food, been getting dinners there when there is no time to cook. Home made, tasty, so much flavor.Thanks to Maria, she is great, we always see her working there, she is an amazing lady. Maria always has the smile on her face, positive vibes !
Visited yesterday 12/30/2021 with the intention of getting the $3.60 chicken special. The staff seemed nice, but then informed me that they RAN OUT OF CHICKEN. How does Boston Market Rotisserie Chicken run out of chicken? Frustrating to see that at the end of the day the staff just didn't care to cook more chicken, as there were none in the Rotisserie cooking at around 8p.m. This location was still selling individual chicken meals, but no chickens. Doesn't make any sense and they still had 3 hours left before closing.
The quality of the food(cooking) is getting terrible. Two weeks ago the potatoes were undercooked and the meat was overcooked.Tonight the potatoes were undercooked again. The meat was just okay. The food is getting terrible.
Give me reason to go for this store? Standing there for 10 min and they still could serve one person and just playing. How are you pick up chickens and two side? People back there just chilling and playing. No cashier either.

Very friendly and helpful employee. And food was served hot and fresh. Impressive.
