The food and service was the usually above average. The only problem was told turkey was sold out and that the company would be discontinuing.

When customers order a WHOLE rotisserie chicken and you pack their order with this(SEE attached photo of what we actually received), be upfront about it, be honest, perhaps you ran out of the whole chickens?! Let’s us know prior to selling something. Hoping no one notices this isn’t a Whole chicken? Customer service includes communicating with customers..

Went to Boston market at this location order half a chicken mash and sweet potatoes and extra side of bbq chicken 20 min after I eat the food my stomach turn been with the runs two days never again -.-

Went there for a promotion they had on Chicken Pot Pies. To my surprise I was told they were sold out at approx 6:30pm. The manager made up for it by giving me a free dinner item as a compromise. Going forward though, I think Boston Market should better prepare themselves for the supply and demand on their promotions.

I wish we didn’t have to receive any stars when such terrible service is received. Last night my husband and I ordered from this place. We ordered a whole rotisserie chicken, a side of bacon mac, & a side of Parmesan corn. We received 2sides of corn with a blob of cheese on top. No bacon Mac. And an ICE COLD chicken! The chicken had a gummy texture & was pink all through the inside. This chicken was not attempted to be cooked before being sent to us. We asked if they didn’t have what we ordered to please call us. They did what they wanted and sent the sides they wanted. The ice cold undercooked chicken was absolutely the worst part!! Just disgusting. Not only is that unsafe for anyone, but for me as a pregnant woman that is extremely unsafe. And just disrespectful to send someone’s meal to their home this way. People don’t think how would they like to receive something they paid for if it were them. Miserable people go to work & don’t know how to have common decency. I am truly disgusted. I had no dinner and wasted money. Whoever was working last night Nov. 16 2021 needs to quit their job if they dislike it so much. To think you can get away with treating people this way because it’s delivery. Shame on you

I love Boston Market some of the employees here are so usless. The one Asian dude with glasses that works afternoons should just quit he's so useless.

Kind staff. The food here is good though I would go to Boston Market more often if it was 10% cheaper. I'll be back however.

I usually only order during the holidays, but lately on the weekends now. The home style cuisine served here just tastes so good. Friendly workers here too compared to other franchise stores I've been to.

Staff are difficult and frequently mess up even when ordering right in front of them. Every time I order bogo, I get a side item sampler as I don't eat the meals with meat. The last 2 times I used the same bogo as always order 2 samplers and a drink.The first time they told me that I have to purchase a meal that is at least 12 to get the deal which is not and has never been the case. It does not state that anywhere on the coupon. It actually says you can only save a maximum of $12. The manager came over and gave me the discount knowing I was correct.The second time they told me that the site item samplers are not part of the bogo deal which has never been the case. It does not state that on the coupon either. It actually says you only can't add the ribs, half chicken or 2 for 20 offers, and that premium sides have an upcharge. This time no manager was present to correct them and I walked out as they would prefer to waste 2 meals than honor the coupons of their company.Not coming back here anymore.
