The restaurant was empty when we walked in, and after some time, two groups of guests dined inside, and mostly people came inside to order takeaway.The food was disappointing, I couldn't finish it. The fried rice was ok but it didn't hit the spot like their fried rice normally does in other branches. The seasoned fries were nice but sweet for some reason, which felt strange. The chicken drumsticks didn't have any seasoning (bland taste) on the inside, only on the outside, which made it not worth finishing.I have been to many branches of BonChon on the east coast and this one was the worst experience. Will not return.
Food was soo tasty and price was really reasonable. Service and environment was perfect. Clean and cool place to spend time with friends and family.
I always order from this restaurant on Uber Eats. Never dined in person, but I definitely will one day. This restaurant always pays attention to your specific order notes and packages so well. Their spicy and soy wings are to die for! It's so mouthwatering and has the right amount of heat ?. Also their french fries are delicious as well. Definitely recommend ordering from here or dining in.

Favorite was the kimchi bacon fried rice. It was delicious! Tteobokki was also very good. Definitely spicy so beware. Wings were good but alittle dry. It could’ve used more sauce. Service staff were friendly and attentive.
Bonchon never disappoints! I had the 20 piece wings and drumstick, onion rings, and buldak. 20 piece was in the flavor soy garlic. Juicy and tender with that amazing sauce ? Buldak was super spicy and it was a little bit weird when I asked the waitress for less spicy (because the Bonchon in Boston could do less spicy) and she alerted me that the sauce is already pre made. Overall, still a delicious yet burning hot dish ?
Great for groups. They have on site parking which is amazing! Pretty fast service too.The sauces on the chicken are great. Chicken is very crispy on the outside but not too much breading.The seasoned fries were amazing! A bit sweet but very nicely fried - soft on the inside.I tried to split the large combo (15 wings and 8 drums) with my friend but we fell short of finishing. I think it would be great to split with 3ppl.
I would give no star if I had a choice. I ordered food at this location for the first time today. I ordered at 5:26pm and was informed pick up time at 6:45pm. I got there right on time and they told me I had to wait for another one and half hours , he wasn’t even giving me any delay reasons, no apologies or empathy at all. I asked why my order delayed than he just told me that because the machine wasn’t working earlier!!! this is a very ignorant, unreasonable and unacceptable reason . We Will never ordered from this rude and unreliable place again.
Last 2 orders have been overcooked and oversauced. Wings were like jerky and drums were too dry. I wanted to believe it was a fluke and gave it another try because it wasn't previously this bad (mid last year) but it was indeed just as bad. I've never had Korean fried chicken this chewy, stringy and dry. Hate to say it but regret spending the $40 just to invite indigestion. I'm thinking this location of bonchon might be a miss.
So it’s my first time trying the chicken wings! And they’re great!! For the people that like spicy wings these are more on the mild side even with the spicy wing option .
