I've been here a few times and tried out various of dishes at this restaurant. Many of them are good excluding one dish I loathe which is their cinnamon bread. Their soups is good, sandwiches are great. These guys know how to cook a great steak (Medium-well) Prices have gone up due to Covid as everything else.It's a good place to bring friends, family and a date. Bring money cause things isn't cheap here. A decent meal will run you close to $30 per person. Plenty of places to park your vehicle. Its a good diner.
Since I was a young adult, I've never had a bad experience or plate here. I think Diners have the biggest standard to be consistent. If they are able to serve breakfast, lunch, dinner always good, then they get an easy 5 stars and review from me.I love the tables. Good example of an owner who knows how to put money back into their business the right way and make it last.The service is obvious that everyone has been trained properly by the same person. The music is nostalgic and ambiance transports be to times when I was a child and my parents would stop at a Diner for us to enjoy a meal together. I'll always stop on by if I'm in the area with an empty belly.
My favorite local diner and have been going for years. They serve all the usual diner classics. I'm usually there for breakfast/brunch. The portions are pretty generous so I can pack up leftovers for a 2nd meal. It's decent for groups but gets very busy on the weekends from 10a-2p so don't go during that time if you are expecting to get in and out.
The food and service where great, Although a bit expensive. Staff was very attentive. They served a lots of food! Would probably come back in a later date.
Wonderful NY diner experience. Definitely not the cheapest, but do you want cheap, or do you want quality? I've never had a bad meal. The corned beef hash pictured was made from scratch. The burgers- everything down to the bun made in house. Come hungry, large portions. Save room for one of the many cakes and pastries. All great.
Always excellent...Even today was great services.Foods were excellent.I usually go a list once a month fir breakfast..
Old school American food diner with delicious and excellent food. Portions are always large, warm and friendly service and a gem in the neighborhood. I went to school right next door, so it's always great to see this diner here and still rocking it. In particular, always liked the breakfasts back in the day. Highly recommend.
Very welcoming atmosphere and our waiter was very nice and helpful. A bit pricey but the portions are well worth the price. Delicious food that I can’t wait to go back and try!
Blue Bay diner is old school all American food. Portions are extremely large. Staff is friendly food is delicious. It's a shame they don't take reservations. Place gets packed. Went here for early Thanksgiving dinner. Some might consider this place a little pricey but I think it definitely was worth it! Oversized portions plenty of take home and a smile on my face. I recommend this place ??
This is an excellent restaurant. I was very grateful they were open Christmas Day. I ordered the complete dinner as I was alone, driving home, after spending Christmas Eve with family.I wa t to my waitress, Debbie. She was super nice and accommodating. The diner was short staffed due to the holiday, and she was so friendly,busy and accommodating. She packed up my soup and salad, as the entree was huge.
