I am a bit if a ‘coffee snob’ and have very much appreciated the coffee experience at B & B. The pour overs are delicious and the espresso drinks excellent. The service has always been accommodating and polite UNTIL my most recent experience on 6/13/2022.I ordered an iced double espresso, and as always requested a larger cup so I could add literally a splash of half and half, some sugar and be able to swirl it around as I drank it. The small cup is too small when filled to the top with ice. The staff refused saying it is against policy and if I wanted an iced latte I should order one. A latte is more than a splash of milk and for me, dilutes the coffee experience I seek.The insensitivity, rigidity and crassness that morning is inconsistent with all the other coffee brewer cafes I visit as well as large national chains. Their attitude ruined my experience and I will consider seriously whether I shall ever return or recommend B & B. Clearly management should better educate staff as to the meaning of customer service and how to effect it.To be fair, up until this experience I would have rated B and B 5 stars.
I found my avocado toast to be delicious! And my pumpkin oatmilk latte was yummy! Great spot and a friendly staff
I walk in 8:18am politely pull down my mask because the black female couldn’t hear me because my voice sounded muffled . She gives me a look of disgust as if I’m less than human. Extremely disappointing experience . To whom it may concern please train your employees to have better customer service skills . First and last for me no need to spend my money here . You also have a safety glass at the register for that reason .
Lovely service and knowledgable employees.GREAT quality espresso - tastes amazing. Delicious and really for coffee lovers. Feels like what Starbucks originally intended to be before it delved off the edge into drinks that are 90% syrup and sugar.Tons of bags of coffee make good ambient scenery. Lots of high quality products for sale and a ton of single origin espresso blends from a wide range of sources.Ample sitting space, would be great for studying or a date. The condiments bar has milk in a little fridge!!! So cute!!! Im so used to coffee shops having carafes out in the open (I know theyre made to keep things cool but yknow) And it has a cane sugar pump as well as a lot of other nice things.The sleek and modern aesthetic of this shop and how roomy this location is is fantastic. I cant say enough good things about how blown away I am by my experience here.If you or any loved ones are coffee fanatics, try bean&bean.I want to go here again as a treat every once in a while. Definitely not somewhere I'd go on a regular basis as I try to limit good food for special occassions to not get sick of it, but absolutely a place Id go to treat myself.

Never again. Unfriendly staff. The place was dead but the service was STILL SLOW....Now I know why there's no one in there when I drive by.. Decided to try this place for the first time. Not a good experience will not be going again. Sat in an area that says its a "no laptop zone" and still you see someone with a laptop. Hate it when I am trying to enjoy my tea and cake when you have people washing the widows around you. Cant you do that before/after business hours??? BIG TURNOFF No thx
$7 for a small coffee is too much.
Really dope coffeeshop. I enjoyed my visit here, the people were super nice, the customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to get work finished in no time, and in quiet and peace. Bean and Bean has created a very peaceful environment for anyone that has to study, get work done, or even have an in person business meeting. There is a parking lot available. It’s a very small lot though, however, you’re able to park there for quite a bit.
The avocado toast was great but I wasn’t a big fan of the cheese on avocado toast or the honey latte but I loved the interior design so much that I would definitely come back! Last time I got matcha latte and it was amazing so I would try that if you go (•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑[food insta: @strwbrrryboba for more food :)]
Not abnormally cold, which is a good thing since that is normal for most cafes. Food/coffee list is not overwhelming and pretty good. Great place to study, if you can take a bit of noise.
