Always have fresh food here and good service. I have been here many times over the years and it's never disappointed. I've come solo and with large groups of 20+ people. They have always been able to accommodate and without issue.
Upon trying few diners in Queens, this is the BEST one for us. The mood is like a family restaurant, the service is great, and most of all, their food is NOT salty. We had Triple Decker Roast Beef Sandwich and Bayside Burger, and both meats did not seem to have base flavor, which I liked. So it was necessary to eat with mayo, cole slaw, and pickles given on the side. It gave a healthy taste. I would DEFINITELY return.
Very clean, extensive menu , fairly priced for a Diner where you get SO MUCH FOOD!! And was really good!! Service was great as well.
The only reason that I am leaving two stars is because of the nice lady that took my order over the phone. I ordered pancakes to go and they were burnt! I did not look at them until I got home in Long Island. If you order pancakes check them before you leave. I learned my lesson big time!
Honestly this diner is trashDo not go thereSo first I ordered a omelette with cheddar cheesebacon and spinachWhen I got it they forgot the spinach but I let it go.So I decided to eat it and as I'm eating it there's afreaking piece of plastic inside of my omelette soI call the waiter over and explain he didn't evensay sorry and asked if I wanted another one. Likereally? Why would I want a plastic omelette. Ithonestly made me lose my ENTIRE appetite. Ontop of that they still proceeded to charge me $18for that disgusting omelette. UGH never again. Dobetter.
I order from here frequently. I am very picky when it comes to fish but the fish here is always fresh and tasty. The salmon is fresh - stuffed and baked. The sole is fresh - baked and fried. The shrimp salad is made with cut up large shrimp - not tiny ones from a can. The tuna platter is very substantial. The cheese cake is always delicious. The people who deliver are always fast and friendly. Thank you Bayside Diner for your great seafood.
A very good place to stop in for a meal at whatever time of day. An elegant interior design makes for a warm and comfortable feel while dining. Great food and an excellent staff that's always ready to attend you. You will not feel rushed while eating. Great portions and good prices.
Nice looking. It's a 60's style. Complete menu, should be able to find something you like. Food was good and Waitress helpful. Prices are average. And diner prices have gone up.
I had dinner here once, was passing through area, service was very friendly and professional. My order was the pork chop dinner special, portions were generous, and there was soup , salad, dessert and coffee. Everything was tasty.
I was very happy to see them check our vaccines. The food and service was excellent.
