Great selection of ice cream. Cakes were also available. Dining room closes at 10pm but the drive thru is available if you want to any coffee from Dunkin or ice cream from Baskin. Haven't ran into any issues from the Baskin side. Dunkin side is another story.
Very large and clean place that you can actually SIT IN and enjoy your coffee. The only issue otherwise 5 stars would be the cashier couldn't communicate/understand at all. I had to repeat my order 4 times after he repeated what he wanted to hear. In other words if I asked for a coffee light no sugar he repeated my order that I asked for a bagel with cream cheese. I don't get it. How do they say afloat?
Service was very slow even though they were not busy in the afternoon when I went.
The service was awful. I had a very hard time understanding them due to them having a hard time speaking English and understanding English. They did one scoop in my 3 scoop cup and walked away for about 3 minutes to serve other customers then came back to continue to where i had to tell them to throw that away that's nasty. The ppl in the area that loves ice cream as much as me do not have a choice but to go there to fulfill their craving. I told my friends about the service i received that live nearby I was told that's because there's no African American in this area and that can be a reason why i was treated that way. But if you are in the area visiting do not i repeat do not waist your time. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away.

A very frustrating experience. Ordered a three scoop sundae which the dude (probably the same one from the previous reviews) confirmed with us FOUR times. Something told me to check my receipt and he charged a 1 scoop sundae and another 2 scoop sundae. We tried to explain to him that there is a clear price difference but he simply did not understand. Then we asked him to cancel the order which he also did not understand. He eventually made the correct order with no apology and a nasty grin on his face. Safe to say that we won’t be coming back here.
I mean service is terrible, my man doesn't know english at all. I know its hard to find employees willing to work minimum wage but why he is talking to customers beats me.
I ordered 3 scoops in a cup using drive through service. Chocolate, cotton candy and summer time lime. I didn't check before leaving. When we were home there were 3 scoops of summer time lime in the cup. My kid was upset about it.
This is the regular Dunkin Donuts that I visit for iced coffee. Always pleasant people at the window. Sometimes the lines get too long and sometimes they solicit for donations for a charity which can get tiresome. But otherwise a super clean and nice establishment.
I love their Reese’s sundae but they always mess it up. Lately they stop putting the hot fudge syrup finish. Last time they put caramel instead of the hot fudge syrup. Today they did the same thing. I even told them not to put Carmel and they drenched it. It’s so annoying and I hate to do the trip back to get it done right!
