Had the buttermilk chicken burger and it was sooo good! The fries are perfectly crunchy as well. Classic vanilla milkshake tastes like half-melted vanilla ice cream lol
I used to really love this place but now it’s just so disappointing. It’s very inconsistent over here one day you’ll order something and get a good portion then you order it again on a different day and it’s like half of what you got the first time. I was there yesterday and in like 4 bites I was done with a plate that costed $19 for some kale cauliflower rice and grilled chicken that was soooo bland by the way. My fiancé ordered a shake that’s literally just ice cream milk and a caramel topping and it was $12. I expected this drink to be incredible for its price point for a milkshake but it wasn’t anything special. I’m not sure who decided to change the menu too but that was a badddd call. I understand there’s inflation right now and everything but I would rather have you guys increase the price and give us what we pay for instead of not changing the price and serve the quantity that you guys serve… I don’t think I’ll be visiting bareburgers again but hopefully in the future it’ll be better! I have to mention though.. AMAZING SERVICE! Every waiter in this place will smile at you, will try to accommodate for you, and will for sure make you feel welcome!!
The service was great but the food was mediocre at best! Small portions and old produce that was prepped the night before ie: translucent tomatoes and soggy lettuce. We had two kids chicken nuggets, sweet potato sandwich and a chicken sandwich for $70… highway robbery!!!
Fun place to eat in sit at the bar or at a table. Happy hours one of the best bargains in the neighborhood.
Food was delicious, but expensive. Service was poor and drink was awful.The elkasaurus was delicious and cooked perfectly. You had to order fries separately, but they were excellent as was the salad. I was weary of trying elk but so glad I did. The waiters were also friendly.However the service was very poor. We watched the servers stand together on their phones while we waited for our orders to be taken and filled. No one seemed to know whether we had our orders taken or not and despite ordering a drink ar the same time as our food, we needed to remind the staff once and we didn't get it till we were literally finished eating. It was a let down too, because the drink was small and poorly made.If you're okay waiting for food and spending a bit (and not getting a drink) definitely go. I can't imagine you can find elk or ostrich anywhere else. And the food really was excellent.
Fantastic burgers with a variety of meats to choose from including elk, turkey, chicken, veggie, and, of course, beef. Their salads are also very good, but are about as expensive as their burgers, which are already about $15 or $16 and do not come with fries.I visited last weekend (March 2022), and with the exception of kitchen staff, there were three employees working that night, and none of them were wearing masks. One of them told us he wasn't waiting tables, but he would take our order anyway since the other two employees (one of whom I assume was a waiter) were chatting in the back of the restaurant. He put in our food and drink order. Food came out after a while, but the drinks didn't. We start eating and about half way through my meal, the same guy sees that we didn't get our drinks, and gets one of the other two to handle it, but he took so long to focus on actually making it that we had both finished our food by the time we got it to the table.

They should’ve never changed the menu or management. they used to give you a fat juicy chunk of burger meat, now it’s two patties from your local public school. appetite was ruined. Servers were nice, i guess management came up to us questioning our complaint like we didn’t know how to cook a sunny side up egg. No one wants to eat raw egg. Sad to say i’m going to have to find a new favorite restaurant :( highly appreciate the refund just disappointed.
This USED to be one of the best vegan burgers in the city. Now it's just sad ever since they changed their menu. Burger was half the size, lacking flavor and overall disappointing. I get better vegan burgers from my hospital cafetería.
This is definitely a 5 star burger joint with flare!..:) They served burgers in every which way and have modified bun options for everyone's dietary needs.Great service by Justine and Phillipe. Didn't expect such attentive and quality service. From the minute you're greeted to your farewell. I highly recommend visiting for a laid back vibe with quality cocktails and some very delicious burgers.I will definitely return for happy hour with friends.
