Listen the name auntie Anne's speaks for itself.The softness of the pretzels, the freshness of them puts them in a class by themselves. I always enjoy the cinnamon pretzels with the cheese sauce, and the plane pretzels with the honey mustard sauce. Or there cinnamon nuggets. Auntie Anne's is definitely a major attraction in queens center mall, a must visit. Plus the staff is always upbeat and friendly.nothing beats the smell of fresh pretzels being prepared at the mall.

Staff are always nice at this location. Pretzels are made just right. Nearly impossible to go to this mall and not stop by for a pretzel or two.
I went for the T-mobile Tuesday deal and they only honored it after a lot of arguing and bickering. I didn't get her name, but this girl in a hijab literally told me she was on drugs and couldn't deal with me (not making this up!) Absolutely horrible customer service; that girl should be fired.
Cinnamon sugar pretzels are my favorite! I wish there were more locations throughout the city.
We were just there today and they indeed honored T-Mobile Tuesday free pretzel. No questions asked. Service was impeccable and prompt. Location is easy to miss since there are so many ghetto PretzelMaker franchise stands in this mall. I wish they were all Auntie Anne’s. That cinnamon pretzel is legit and up to par with all other branches of Auntie Anne’s. I wish this store gets tons more business like it deserves
