You post store hours for a reason so people know when you open & close. Came here an hour before they closed and the door was locked and lights were turned off. Disappointing
Their hours are suppose to be till 7. I’m here before 630 and they have their closed sign up.

usually like this place but they charged me for a caramel sauce and didnt get it when i tried calling the number they have listed isnt even the stores number just some random person they need to fix this
Pretzel was good but their customer service really sucked first of all online it says curbside pick up and when I arrived there was no curbside pickup and when I tried to enter the employee on the inside in a nasty way told me one customer at a time only and no one mentioned there was one inside already They were just awful customer service.
Should really update the time. It’s 11:45am (says it’s open at 11) and it was closed :( stinks we wasted our time making our way here.
How do you open at 11am and have no food prepared? Maybe change your hours for opening to 12pm if you're not going to be serving anything at 11.. or have your employee come in at 10 to prepare food... literally makes no sense
I would rather take the trip to the auntie Anne’s at Rego Park. The time advertised is 11 and we got here at 12 and the lady said they’re not open yet very harshly. Staff could’ve been nicer way. We will not be returning to this location.
