Delicious authentic Colombian food, the staff is super friendly . The bartender is so nice , she put the baseball game for us . The food never dissappoints, la comida, la musica , el staff .. todo muy bueno . Graciasss !!
Update 6/6/22:This restaurant has gone down hill with their staff. Went for lunch yesterday and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Nasty attitude, smart remarks, eye rolling the whole 9. Either they train their staff or fire those who clearly don't want to be there. Wanted to have a good time and pleasant meal but I was upset pretty much the whole time. This is not ok considering there are a lot more restaurants I can support and give my $$$ to. Won't be going back until staff gets their act together or the owner gets new employees. Food is fantastic, very authentic and tasty. Great selection of drinks, love their mojito. Staff is very nice and you won't complain when you see them. Great spot, highly recommend for Thu-Sat.
Service was terrible , these waitresses would come back and ask what we ordered , they took long to attend us , 30 min sitting down with out even a glass of water and like a hour for our food to arrive . Worst part ! Was the drinks , they were horrible all the drinks tasted like soap water and beer . When walked to take it back and see if they could fix it , the bartender came to our table to tell us if we didn’t like the sec one that she wasn’t going to do it again and she didn’t I’ll have to charge us extra . This is just a horrible restaurant and I will never go here again . Will also tell my family members and friends to enter here because it’s just absolutely disgusting from the service down to the food .
One star for the food being so delicious! But the service. TERRIBLE. They treated us like garbage and then added automatic tip. There are 3 servers and only one which wasn’t our server was actually nice to us and very attentive. If you hate yourself don’t work in a place where your obligated to be Atleast fake nice to your customers. Didn’t get napkins, didn’t get water, didn’t get utensils until our food came and we had to ask for it after waiting for our server to even notice us. Then she throws the napkins we asked for on our table with such attitude. As a server in a fast paced restaurant this was embarrassing on their end. I would never treat my tables like this..
