So surprised finding an authentic Japanese restaurant in Sunnyside, Queens. Initially I just craved to have some sashimi, but finally I found more than that! I had Shime Saba (marinated mackerel) & Tako Wasa (raw octopus with wasabi & mirin dressing) which I haven’t found (yet) in any regular Japanese sushi restaurant in Queens. The Shime Saba was so clean & delicious! They made it excellent! No fishy smell at all. So with Tako Wasa, was very refreshing.In addition, had a mini Salmon Kama (part grilled salmon head) & Tonkotsu Ramen. The Salmon Kama was fresh & lightly salted. For the ramen, not the big fan for it, still it was better score compare other ramen menu in Japanese sushi restaurants in Queens. The food price was reasonable. As well as the beverage, big bottle of Sapporo was only $7.50. The service was fine. I would definitely go back again when I miss the authentic Japanese cuisine.
First time here. Food excellent and service exceptional. Don't ask me to mention the exact names of the dishes but, the liver dish was OMG so tasty. Not gamie at all. My husband ordered a kimchi dish and said it was the best he's had so far and trust me he's had ton of kimchi. All the food came out so fast, didn't know which to eat first. Definitely going back
I would give them 20 stars if I could. I wasn't even hungry when I wandered into this place, I just wanted something small and simple before I call it a day. I ended up finishing all these and I left with an extra order of takeout in my hand. This is how good this place is. Authentic menu, super nice and friendly staff. Utterly amazing experience.

The food was good from what I could tell. There was one dish that was ordered that was off, but overall experience for my first time outside of what I know was good.
My friend gifted me with food from here tonight, and it was DELICIOUS! Had the chicken teriyaki and chicken karaage with salad and rice, it was seasoned perfectly. Will definitely be ordering from here in the future.
Recently I have been binging YouTube videos of katsu curry, and saw how much people enjoyed it so I decided to try it myself, I work for food delivery apps so this spot is a usual spot to pick up from, I noticed they had chicken katsu curry, so I asked a fellow friend to come with me to this spot on a lovely sunny March day. Very warm vibe at the location it was busy for lunch time so you know that’s a good thing, for “appetizer” we ordered salmon sashimi, big delicious chunky pieces, it melted in our mouth. Onto the main dish, it was my first time trying katsu curry so I was scared I was not going to like it but let me tell you it was AMAZING! Amazing portion of curry sauce, rice and the meat was fresh and very crispy ! ILove how the curry sauce is on the side so the chicken remains crispy !! It was an Amazing experience ?
Second time at this restaurant, and the food is delicious again! Very friendly workers. Food was cooked fast, so we didn't have to wait long. Unlimited hot green tea. I would definitely come back to this place again!
