First time visiting this store today, since I walked in؛ I got a warm/welcoming smile from the woman who works there, believe me in New York, all what we need is a smile that changes your mood perfectly, I want to say thank you, thank you, you made my day.
Great neighborhood market. The ladies who work there are super nice!!The sandwiches they make in the back seem simple but they're so delicious. The ingredients are fresh.There's a really delicious vegetarian sandwich called the Dada's wrap that's a weekday staple for me. Overall this place is fairly vegan/vegetarian friendly, especially compared to most small markets around Astoria. (They have nondairy milk/yogurt alternatives for example.)
Love this place, it's a small taste of Europe. The variety of foods is good and the staff are very friendly. Try it.

If you are looking for Albanian products (cheese, meat, rice, pasta, jam, cookies etc) this is your spot. They also have other items from the Balkans.The staff was so helpful throughout my shopping experience! They explained what each item was, even shared cooking recipes!At the very end, when it was time to check out the girl was so pleasant she helped me bring my many bags to the cab.Amazing all around. Def 5 stars.
