I went there with my wife and 3 children to celebrate 1 of my children birthday, I asked my waitress couple of time to pls sing happy bday to my kid. She said okay but at the end she was so busy chit chatting with her coworkers seating at a nearby table that she forgot. I was so mad I wasn't going to leave her a tip but my wife force me to leave a $20 tip eventhough she didn't deserve it.
Seats are always available however servicing a table takes usually a bit longer from getting drinks to order main courses.
It's still my favourite restaurant with great food, but the waitstaff weren't too attentive. That's probably the time of night we arrived in though
This place is much bigger than it looks. And the staff were very nice and understanding. My sister had told them that she didn't like her burger and they got her a new meal comped and took away the old one. I do recommend the spinach Artichoke dip it is just *chefs kiss*
Food and waiters were terrific. Took my daughter out for her 10th birthday.

The food was cold broccoli ? wasn't cook and the waitress in a bad mood .hope it will be better next time.
The staff was great. I went with my 3 kids and they felt welcomed
Had plans to go to the Applebees in Frresh Meadows but they had a 45 min wait on a Sunday night! I took a 10 min bus ride to QCM and there wasn't a wait at all. Ordered and ate within 40 minutes! Had the grilled chicken and it could have used some more seasoning but that mashed potatoes was everything! 4 stars for the convenience and the fact Service was great, thanks Dejon.
Listen...it's a chain...but! I know some chain places suck...this place is chill....staff is nice and helpful...def a fine place to go to
