AWFUL. Do not support this business. ZERO respect for neighbors and community. There are drunk people on the street being loud, arguing, fighting, up until past 5 AM. Because of the "valet" service the streets are crowded with cars everywhere, also posing a severe danger of drunk drivers. Just a few nights ago we witnessed someone crash into three parked cars while leaving this establishment. Multiple times cars have parked on our street past 4 AM with people basting music and hanging out on the street. No regard for the people who live in the area. This is a residential block, I do not understand how this establishment is allowed to host parties every single weekend that go into such late hours.
Would NOT recommended for anyone in the LGBTQ community. They used their "discretion" to price gauge, in an attempt to discourage me. We also had to share a section which was outrageous. Overall UNSATISFIED!
It’s about popularity. It doesn’t matter how much money you spend, it’s not respected. Truly disappointed. Whole thing is rigged. Be blessed and be safe.
Came for a birthday party on R&B night. The service was horrible, everyone was rude down to the DJ. Overall the crowd was great and we had a decent time. They just need to work on some customer service.
Unfortunately as beautiful as this establishment is it is a nuisance to the surrounding community.Every weekend there’s a party. Although they have valet parking horns are honking until 5AM. The clientele leave trash on the sidewalk & actually park on their cars on the sidewalk. It’s extremely loud from 12am til after 5am.I’ve called many times leaving my phone number but haven’t received a call back. I live across the street. I’m soo disappointed that they came into this area. They’re actually fighting out side now.
Their valet parking blocks sidewalks and curb cuts, and extensively double parks, which creates a traffic jam on the street from about 1am till 5am. This results in people laying on their horns for hours at a time, and as their customers exit the establishment, they often start blasting car subwoofers that shake nearby apartments. They do nothing to contain the situation, which results in sleepless nights for nearby neighbors.
Horrendous. No respect for neighbors, from blasting music to not knowing how to run their business and “valet parking,” it doesn’t stop there. I can speak for myself and anyone who lives remotely close to this place during and after hours past 3 AM. I can’t stand it anymore and i hope anyone reading this will deter from supporting this business.
This place is constantly full of obnoxious loud people. They blast music until all hours of the night and don’t respond to phone call complaints. This place is a public nuisance.
I am not one to complain or give a bad review but this place deserves it. As a frequent flyer of the local neighborhood of Astoria, I’ve experienced what this place is all about. I understand this is an event space but there’s a right way and a wrong way to run a business. I’ve encountered many instances, one in particular of their customers being super loud and obnoxious after 4 am right when this place closes. They have no containment or regard for their customers and they allow them to disrupt the neighborhood. I think this is extremely irresponsible of the owners and management to allow this to occur. There’s no respect or courtesy for anyone nearby. It seems like they’re main concern is to poorly run a business and take peoples’ money. They have no regards to people who have to sleep and wake up for work the next morning, whatever happens outside of their business isn’t their problem. Meanwhile, it’s their customers that they intoxicated. There are better businesses to support.
I had a great time and enjoyed the best Arabic night ever in the state! The atmosphere was awesome, the waitresses were committed to great service, the staff was friendly and very nice, it was orginized very well! Music was great! Dj also , drinks are also good ! The whole party was excellent! Waiting for next one! Definitely will go ! Thank u guys for such kind of great party !
