Last day in NY so I wanted a good pizza, end up going here because it’s is a 7 min walk from the hotel and had good reviews. it’s cash only so you can just walk Nextdoor and use the ATM, I could tell the pizza had been heated a few times the crust was burnt and hard and yet the pizza was cold. I didn’t care much for it, but not saying it’s bad, maybe came wrong time of the day. If you order by slice make sure it’s fresh

Outstanding slice. simple and delicious sauce. not too much cheese which to me is great. Thin crust and no flop. To me this pizza is a must. But must be eaten fresh which is not so hard since Amore is pumping out fresh slices all day. I will say while the pizza is always great. I have been there when it is quite crowded. If they rush and take the fresh pie out of the oven even 10-20 seconds early it is a different experience. Still great but not as great in comparison. If the crowd is more normal, expect a perfect slice of pizza. I am normally a 2 slice guy. Amore’s slices are so thin and delicious that I can easily eat 3-4 slices. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

Same slice everytime whenever I come here , hardly baked and the cheese don't stick ,you could do better

This is a very good pizza, always fresh out of the oven. I love their regular cheese slices. I prefer take out since it does get crowded. Never stale or reheated like is common in other places. It's cash only. Highly recommended!

The absolute BEST pizza, hands-down ?Authentic NY pizzeria down to the wax paper delivery. Cheese is always hot and gooey, rich tomato sauce that you can actually taste under the cheese. Never burnt on the bottom. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Perfection!? ??

Second time here and it was absolutely amazing.Fresh out the oven, perfect cheese to sauce ratio with just the right crust and little flop. Can't wait to be back.

Been coming for so many years and is always consistently great. Hole in the wall, yes but the pizza is fabulous. Good guys too. Say hello to the Polish pie maker Andy. He’s a great guy and knows what he’s doing.

Price:$$Parking: Shopping mall. Plenty of parking.Customer Service:4 starsFood:4 starsPizza taste great when chowed on the spot. Standard NY slice. Thin and crispy. Pizza can be greasy and cheesy. Sauce taste great. It’s really one of the best slices you can have in Queens. The Sicilian was ok. I’d opt out on it. A few tables for indoor dining. Can get packed at times. Definitely worth the drive from the boroughs!!

Edited: Second time now that pizza is undercooked. Both times, the cheese and sauce slipped off the soggy bread. Made an order, got a time-stamped receipt, and waited while they forgot about us. Had to ask them twice to start our order because they continued to help other customers who came way after us. In total, we waited 30 minutes before they finally started working on our order. Bad attitude on some staff members. Also, on one occasion, waited around 30 minutes for a delivery until they called and said they don't deliver to my address.

This is my favorite pizza spot. It reminds me of the old school pizza that actually gave you sauce. However, I thought this was odd. I asked for extra cheese the guy forgot. So he turns to to pizza maker and he just dumps cheese in the middle. Really. How about going to the edges
