I accidentally forgot to close my tab and this establishment not only lost my driver's license and ID claiming they can't find it, but also gave me the run around for an entire week! I clearly saw the charges hit my card, but they can't find my ish..beware about using your cards here, they probably are scammers. the number goes to a hair company voicemail when you call after hours ?. I'm texting with someone who claims they are the manger who is unresponsive. terrible service!

Came here for a day dance party for kids which was cute and then again with my homegirl. The decor is nice and there is a huge spaceship like light in the middle of the room but it only turns on and comes down like once every 2 hours. The music was good but the drinks are WAY overpriced.
Absolutely amazing experience! Had my husband’s birthday party here Saturday night. We had a table reserved with bottle service. We got there around 11:40. The line was somewhat long, but security was on point. Once we got to the gate, the line was separated. Guests who had a table and guests who were just visiting. We were in by midnight. Checked in our coats and had a great night! No issues. No complains. There was security at each VIP section. Bottle service was fantastic! Beautiful, very polite staff! Work very quick, especially considering the set up and presentation they have to put on for each of their section. DJ was great! 70% latin hits, mixed with hip hop, old school and mainstream hits, reggae, some reggaeton, a little bit of pop. Everyone had a great time! Great place!
Had a very bad experience here...DJ big Reef was great but everything else was horrible. They charged my card and then voided it saying my passport wasn't real. Charged me to come back in because I had to put something in the car that was 50 feet away. Never coming back!! Maybe just one bad night but it was enough for me never to step foot back in that spot
