Very nice place with friendly staff. At 630am Sat morning everything in place and ready. A smorgasbord of different types of coffee and bagles. I had the pumpernickel everything with light cream cheese and it was a culinary extravaganza! Conveniently located at the base of the Crossbay Bridge Bklyn side.
Great bagel place tucked away in Broad Channel, coffee and bagel sandwich were reasonably priced and high quality. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.
Bagels are enormous and when toasted its crispy on the outside and soft inside. The cream cheese choices are all yummy from sweet to savory or even if you just want butter. They are generous with the spreads on your bagel to cut into the thickness of the bagel. This can be good or bad because sometimes it's a little too much but just tell them to use half the amount. Great coffee and creamer flavors. Whole business has great selections with a great price. Totally recommend.
Today is the last day I will be going to this place I used to love going to this place but every time when I ordered there the food is always wrong and they charge me double for the order I asked for two Sunnyside up eggs which wasn't incorrect I got scrambled eggs with ham home flies and whole wheat toast and everything else was a croissant with ham and sweets cheese and a poppy bagel toasted butter and t he coffee's the worker who is a blonde headed short girl takes my order gave me two plates of food which I wanted one plate of food But it's so ridiculous that when I come home the food is always wrong every time and IAnd I paid too much money for the food. My opinion for other people who wants to go here just make sure that your food is right so I will not be going here anymore it is such a disappointing because I used to love going to this place
Their egg sandwiches on rolls are soft and delicious. Best I've had in a long time. The cheese steak needed more cheese and some moisture. Flavor was very good but dry. The bun hard. If they can soften it up and moisten like their scrambled eggs their philly's will be unbeatable.
The bagels are fresh and delicious. So many to choose from. Staff is super helpful. The coffee flavor selection is great too!
I had a nice experience at this café. The prices are reasonable and I enjoy the way variety of food and beverage selections that they had to offer. The quality and presentation also was good. Also I would like to add that customer service was pleasant. They also have some seating areas outdoor.
Unless you like a mouthful of bread, don’t bother with this location.Edit: the owner saw me in there today and asked about this particular order and I genuinely forgot about this review so I had to correct it. He was really concerned about it and that was pretty awesome. My sandwich today was a lot better.Third picture is supposed to be a BEC with extra bacon.

Had this place many times and its expensive and the food is a 3 out of 10 and the cashier isn't polite and looks like she hates her job ! Won't be eating here again ! There's a another breakfast diner on crossbay around 165th and the staff is nice the food is better and the prices are much better don't waste your money here !
