I came in twice last year all the way from Winter Haven Florida. Absolutely the best bagels I've eaten. I'm from Brooklyn originally so I know a good bagel! I'm trying to get a friend that lives in OZ to send me a baker's dozen. I offered to by them one as well and pay shipping! Love you guys and don't sweat any reviews less than 5⭐
Been a customer here for 5+ years their coffee is what has me hooked. Best coffee hands down. Yes it takes a while for your order as they are VERY busy us regulars know that. I know what times to order ahead and when to walk in. Just scan the barcode at the cashier and download their app and order ahead to avoid the wait. But this is a good bagel joint their egg and cheese on a roll is the bomb. I literally would come here just for coffee. The donut blend is the best.
I give them one star because they are CONSISTENT. Been trying them out approx 1x a year for YEARS and they are CONSISTENT. Employees are only interested in the locals who they know. They are not interested in making any new repeat customers. A very unwelcoming vibe to anyone they don't know. I ordered the Chicken Vodka Sandwich. It was not what it should have been. The chicken was not even seasoned. There was not enough vodka sauce. The whole thing needed seasoning and salt. So disappointing. I hope they improve eventually. The food did come out hot. I just did not enjoy it.

they are constantly getting orders wrong, the owner of the place is rude, prices keep getting raised. only positive is that the people working the counters are usually nice.
Nice place with a variety of foods. The staff is pleasant and most importantly the bagels are freshly made.
The vegetable cream cheese here IS BOMB! Bagels are phenomenal, every time! Highly recommend to all :)
Still a decent bagel store but used to be a great one prices up hardly any cream cheese..
