The worse
I came here for their sticky tofu. It's a dish that's virtually non existent outside of Flushing in the United States. The tofu is fermented and fried which gives it a smelly smell.Their tofu was fried crispy. The preserved veggies that came with it were generally on point tasting like sauerkraut with a unique chili sauce on the side. However, if you've been to Taiwan and are used to the stinky tofu there, I thought the flavor was rather mild and the tofu "not stinky enough".This place is located within the New York food court establishment, which was slightly confusing to find at first.
