Together soul food you have to do better. Salty, tasteless, overcooked or undercooked food. It’s sad you call this soul food. I’ve tried my best to support this black owned business, but the sad truth y’all throwing stuff together calling it soul food. I’ve ordered numerous times on Door dash just to give you a second, third even fourth time to redeem yourself but every single time there has been a problem. I’ve called to express my issues but the phone is never answered. Never again!!!! FYI if it wasn’t for my mom I definitely never would have given a second chance. Just horrible.
I am very disappointed for the second time. Your website says you open at 10 AM but when my Uber driver got there he was told there was no food ready and I should cancel my order. That should have been relayed by the restaurant because the driver never told me. The line kept ringing when I tried to follow up with someone from the restaurant and the Mail box is full. Please provide clarity around when you’re open to serve the public and at least have someone available to answer your phones. At the very least. Thank you.
there’s nothing that irritates me more about a business that I choose to patronize than them not giving what’s advertised. I ordered from them on Uber eats and my turkey wing was supposed to come with two sides and cornbread. I selected the two sides only because the cornbread was already supposed to be included. I get my order and no cornbread. If that was the case I would’ve ordered that item separately. And the food ( A turkey wing cabbage and candied yams )is less than mediocre ??♀️. I also had the strawberry crunch Cake, it was flavorless and dry . They don’t have to worry about me ordering from them no more
This is not soul food. Definitely not cultured soul food. The food literally had no seasoning , not even black pepper. I never had bland bbq chicken, baked mac & cheese & yams ever in my life. Everything was bland and flavorless. A waste of money very disappointed.
This is the best soul food I've ever had and Ive had a lot the Mac and cheese is fresh and cheesy the ribs are so tender the macaroni salad was so flavorful the yams where perfectly sweet and tender now that's how you make a plate
I had lunch here. Turkey wings, collard greens and cabbage. The turkey wings were great, the meat so tender a slight brush with a fork took the meat off the bone but not so tender that wings were falling apart. The cabbage was absolutely outstanding, I tasted fresh garlic. I love garlic! I will be back!

Irresponsible worker working inside..I was waiting 45 mnt for food and they Don't take my order seriously. It’s very bad for delivery driver ... I wish they improve their slow motion working policy and save the buesniess and save our important time.

Well I ordered online and called the store to see if they could not put Lima beans in my food. The Phone number listed ain't good.and I The food was like dam I could have done way better if I had the energy. The chicken had hair still but was good and I thought I was getting collard greens and got green beans straight out a can. And the Mac and cheese was Sad just Sad dry dry dry made with just cheese there was a small Piece of corn bread. Sorry I won't be ordering from them again. They could have added seasoning especially salt and pepper. I thought I was gonna get greens and some creamy macaroni and cheese. Not at all I recooked it adding eggs and milk and seasoning and it was great. So team work there food my recooking it the right way.
