We just went to this location. The drive through was long and not moving so we decided to go inside. The wait was around 25 minutes just for them to mess up our order. 1st they only have us 1 meal and completely forgot we had a whole other meal. 2nd when we went back up to the counter I told them I was missing a spicy chicken sandwich and he completely gave me the WRONG sandwich after just telling them what I was missing. Do not go to this location it is completely terrible.

The “manager” on duty helped us, and he was very polite. But I asked for a Single without tomato, and I got some kind of chicken sandwich with a tomato on it.The service was extremely slow; the line for drive-thru was long and not moving. I heard them say they got an order wrong in drive-thru.Please help this Wendy’s get back on track. It used to be nice and clean and enjoyable. We won’t be back unless things change.

Nothing better than having items missing from a simple order then having to go back on the drive thru line to wait behind other cars find out the item is not ready and I have to wait even more for it to be made.

This is the Rte. 9 Poughkeepsie location. Worked a double shift. Stopped an ordered at about 9:30pm. Simple order a salad, fries, and baked potato. Got home to find that there were no fries. And the potato was wrong. Called to complain was told they were aware of the missing fries. But they were currently closed. They told me I could come get them tomorrow. Didn't really say what they would do about the potato. I don't eat chilli so that is still sitting in my fridge. Don't have time to run back for there mistake. Not to mention the price of gas. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Unless you want wrong food and poor service. I can't give it a zero, so one star it is. That is way to generous.

Very good customer service. Cashier was extremely nice. We had nothing crazy but she made sure we were taken care of. Picture is only a shot of part of my order. Yum ?

Usually I get food here as a last minute on the road type of thing. When I got home today (05/12/22) I realized almost halfway into order #3339 that I had bitten into a piece of red medium-long hair. My hair is black. The burger was also room temp at best. I have cooked professionally in the past so I understand accidents happen. I also attempted to recently call the store to give a heads up with no answer to the phone line. Otherwise, my stuff usually comes out right here.

A misunderstanding on my order name, app saved my user but I had entered my actual name when I set it up, delayed the pickup for a mobile order but they were super nice and helpful. Everything as ordered. Never had any issues at this Wendy's.

The last two times I have visited this location, my order has been wrong. The first time Wendy's completely forgot a Baconator, this time, in lieu of a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger, I got what I think is a Dave's Single.I would highly recommend trying a different Wendy's franchise. There's two more south, if you're heading that way.
