I work in the mall and I’m on a tight schedule. So typically I order in advance. Usually my food is not done when it says that it will be done, and I end up waiting an additional 10 to 15 minutes for it. Why have an online ordering system if you can’t even make the food on time? Second of all, they have very few gluten-free options available as far as sandwiches go. I ordered today only for them to call me when my food was supposed to be done already, to tell me that they are out of gluten-free bread. I get there and they have no substitute for gluten-free bread. So I ask if I can get something else. I was hoping to order a rice bowl.To which the manager at the time said that I would have to pay extra for avocado, two dollars extra for avocado seems a bit much. Especially with the amount of avocado that they give you. I have to say, I love their location across from Dutchess Stadium, but the mall location is honestly three or four steps down. They carry no gluten-free wraps, and most times they don’t have gluten-free bread, such as a time today. I was extremely excited when I learned that there would be a mall location, seeing as being a gluten-free person especially working in the mall, it is so difficult to find options. But this location is nothing like their original location and I am fairly disappointed.
I’m annoyed that I come every morning to get a sandwich and I’m waiting 10-20 mins for a bacon egg and cheese. You have the cashier who looks like they don’t give a dam or is too dam tired to communicate to the chefs vice versa my sandwich got done and sat for 3 mins for them to give me the wrong sandwich so I had to wait for them to fix it why did my sandwich take 30 mins???? THERE IS NO SENSE OF URGENCY
The vegan soul panini is genuinely the best thing I've ever eaten I've never left a review on anything but I ate this panini 3 days in a row it tastes like it has magic in it sooo yummy
The best Cuban sandwich I have ever had.
Perfect place to eat when you are gluten free! Lots of choices :) My favorite thing to get is the Patacon (plantain sandwich) and the Maduros and cheese empanandas. They make sure to make it in a gf fryer. I am so happy to have found them!
Always yummy food at either location, and people just love to complain. Go find clean fresh food like this somewhere else for $10...I dare ya.
Not sure why this place is so expensive. I work at the mall and eat out more then I probably should. But for rice beans and fried steak I just paid $16 & change which is whatever but I can get the same meal in PK for 7 dollars from Danny's ....
I had the berry blast smoothie and it was not really good. It was bland. Plus there were big chunks of ice in it. I prefer my ice shredded in my smoothie. The staff was friendly and professional.
I got the vegan soul it is the worst thing I’ve eaten. Do not go here complete waste of money
Not one to do reviews. But this place was disappointing. Got the cubano panini and pulled pork yuca fries. The cubano was okay. Wouldnt get again. The fries were so dry and flavorless. Was not worth $30
