I love TGIF Friday's but my experience at this one wasn't the best. I give them a pass because it was late. They did not acknowledged us when we arrive and to very long to seat us. I would advise that you go at a suitable hour. To be acknowledged and served and seated timely.
when my friends I first came, there was no host. We waited for a good 10-15 minutes with two other groups behind us. We searched the bar area to find someone, there was no one there. Finally my friend waved down a hostess who didn’t even apologize for the delay. When we got seated the waiter took about 30 minutes for our drinks, 2 sodas, 1 iced tea an alcoholic drink. After finally receiving our drinks we ordered our food which took about an hour to come. I understand it being short staffed since everywhere is but that’s ridiculous and during this time the waiter didn’t come by to even apologize for the wait. When the food came out one friend still had to wait for her food as they had to remake it without explaining why and one friends order was messed up so he offered my friend to keep the side and get him a new side on the house. About 3 minutes into my meal I found an eyelash on my fries. I left it where I found it waiting for our waiter to come back. Then my friend finds a hair in her mozzarella sticks. Finally when the waiter came back with my friends meal we explained to him that both meals had eyelash/hair in it which he offered to take it back and remake it but we asked to not have it anymore. My friend who got her food last ended up losing her appetite due to this and as we were waiting for him to return she found a hair in her pasta. That’s 3 hairs in 3 different meals. The waiter offered to take off the 3 meals but wanted my friend to pay for his even though he didn’t touch it due to no appetite. The manager came over and took it off only having us pay for 4 drinks, 2 appetizer which came to $52. Which I still believe was incredibly expensive for the services, he gave each person a coupon for next time but definitely won’t be returning. Also when leaving the building, other tables that had food left on it was barely eaten. Very disappointed.
The staff at TGI FRIDAYS is great! The manager is a young man that if you have a problem, he got you covered! The food is delicious and one of bartenders is a guy you can talk to about anything! Hes got green hair and is a pleasure to talk to! I go to this place as a Uber Driver and the food is ready to go and the order is all there!! I recommend this food and staff to anyone needing to go have a great relaxing time!!
Food was alright. I wasn't expecting mediocre food to be so over priced. Got a meal that, had I not just eaten before coming, would have left me very dissatisfied and it was $16!The service was alright but also not super attentive. Made me remember why it's been so long since I was last at a Friday's. I'll come back next time there is a good special or something maybe.
We ordered take out today. The pasta dishes were not bad. But the sizzling chicken and shrimp was dry. Simple grilled salmon was also dry. But the thing that really got me was all the fried food had this after taste, which indicates old oil I think. Don't know if it is only me, but some places I will have french fries with ketchup and I get this bitter aftertaste. I have been paying attention and most of the fast food chain restaurants have this issue. But a few places where I did but detect it are: 5 guys burger and fries, Zoey's on route 55, Adams Cafe, other local restaurants. Coming back to TGIF, chicken parmesan, friend fries, onion fries and fish fry all had this bitter taste after you eat it! Please change your cooking/frying oil.
Took about an hour to get our food. It came out room temperature and dehydrated, like it had been sitting under the heat lamp the whole time. The manager clearly didn’t care and did not support the server at all. There were only 5 tables in the whole place, it’s not like they were busy.
This is such a poor establishment. Hands down one of the worst dinning experiences of my life. The Manager is the absolute worst manger in the history of dinning.
Our waiter took our order without writting it down, and of course the order was messed up. I gave it three stars because normally when we come here the service is good.
Clean, well lit, spacious, and comfortable. Quick, attentive service. Good selection of snacks and entrees, as well as mixed drinks and beer. Priced about average, so no surprises when you see the menu. Food prepared as asked and delivered in timely fashion. Will go back.
I came here with my son and grandson,I've been to plenty of different Friday's but our service Pat was very attentive and awesome ?? ?? ??
