I spilled my entire venti drink in my car on a work break, I went back after work to purchase another one and they did not charge me. Incredible service, I did not expect that! Super kind staff, I will definitely be back to this location!
Out of all the Starbucks across the US that I have been to, this is by far the SLOWEST one I’ve ever been to. Any day, anytime you go here you will be waiting a minimum of 15 minutes, I have once waited 45 minutes.

This place was always nice but wating time is too long. Today, I ordered on the app. I got there like 10 mins after but still had to wait like 5-10 mins. The barista messed up my order. She forgot to add vanilla syrup. I asked to make sure and she said yes she added it. I tasted it and really could tell that there was no vanilla flavor at all. Had no time to complain. I already wasted too long time waiting. They need more staffs!
This is a really good Starbucks in my opinion. The line moves fast, excellent customer service, and they never mess up my drink.
Starbucks at Dutches turnpike Poughkeepsie NY, is absolutely the best. I live Poughkeepsie NY and work in CT, my drive time is 70 mins, there are some mornings when I just need my pink drink ( favorite drink) to get me started in the morning . Most of the staff at Starbucks Poughkeepsie knows me and what more they know just how to personalize my pink drink. I don’t know if it is my voice they recognize, or maybe it’s when I request the specific way I would like my drink to be made, however I am recognized, I appreciate the amazing customer service. This morning was an exceptional morn(04-14-2022). I pulled up and asked for my drink the way I liked it, when I got to the window the cashier told the person who was making my drink to show me the color so I can approved it, as it turn out it was to white and the guy gladly remade it. This was so touching and I made my day. I went to work really happy. Thank you Poughkeepsie Starbucks.
I have been to this drive thru many times and occasionally will order my drink in a reusable cup. Today they decided to decline. Stating it was not sanitary and against policy. Even when I was just there a day ago and ordered the cup for someone else. The straw is individually wrapped and if you come in they will do this just not the drive thru. Manager proceeded to argue after I agreed to not get the cup. I will not be going back to this drive thru any other location will.
Place was super packed and the staff kept rolling like a well oiled machine given all the people the wait wasn't long at all. Keep up the good work

My go to Starbuck. The drive in wait can be long, but I never blame the staff! They do the best they can to get every order correct and be efficent as well. I love the people who work the drive-thru. They always make me laugh with their greetings. I will say my favorite employee is a young man who's name is slipping my mind, maybe Jason or Josh? Anyway! He is a hard working and I always see him doing something. You come in the get a mobile order, he jumps right on it so you aren't waiting. I recommend this Starbucks to anyone that's in the area. Can't wait to go back again to get my Chai tea!
