My chicken wrap was good but too expensive, almost $12 for just the wrap.
Shelly's Deli continues to be my go to deli for the best lunch sandwiches in town. Don't let all these other reviews fool you: The food is delicious and EVERYTHING is significantly fresher and more premium tasting than any other deli in the area. I almost wouldn't even call them a deli; They are the best sandwich shop in town! (yes they do serve your traditional deli foods too!) Oh and they do catering too!!! We had an event recently catered by them and everyone RAVED about how good the food was!Every time I have gone in the owners and staff are kind and courteous and ALWAYS go above and beyond. I was even in a few weeks ago and a sandwich was made on the wrong type of bread and they remade the entire sandwich for free for the customer!Long story short, whether you're new to the area or a long time resident, if you haven't tried Shelly's Deli yet you are missing out!
First they handed me the wrong sandwich then they made my sandwich wrong I guess I was at the wrong place for my lunch well in response to the owner I never order the wrong sandwich I know what I want to eat you. You guys always get it wrong . But hey that’s your business Please forward my refund to the families in Texas who lost there kids in the School shooting I hope you don’t get that wrong. And I don’t want to eat any food from your deli it left a bad taste in my mouth anyway. And you never gave me a free sandwich don’t lie to the public.. I’ve always pay for my food…
Unprofessional and rude. A community page online had a post from a woman who was unhappy to be called by the owner complaining about the tip amount she left. I left my comment about my previous experience with him so did many others. He than after reading decided to private message me on Facebook trying to bully me and somehow excuse his behavior. The man is rude and unprofessional it’s absolutely unacceptable. From other comments he’s been rude to other customers and employees as well. I have left well enough alone for years as this incident occurred while I worked there and left me with a medical bill that destroyed my credit but he felt entitled to try to blame me and justify his lack of action. Don’t wast your hard earned money during this struggle of a time on this business!
Best deli in town! I have celiac and am 100% confident that I won't get glutened by accident. They have designated GF cutting boards and utensils! Their potato salad is the best! Make this your regular deli. You won't be disappointed!
No one was wearing a mask...not staff or customers. I won't be returning anytime soon which is too bad as this deli is near where I work.
My sandwich was great, but I'm concerned about health and safety protocol. No one here was wearing a mask, customers or staff, despite current nys mask mandate. I will not be returning.

Staff is super sweet. Food is pretty good ... No matter when we order or what we order at least one thing is messed up/not what we ordered. Well still support local.
