Live right up the street from this place and it took months of my girlfriend begging me to try it to get me to go. Place is a gem. What a great addition to Poughkeepsie. Cocktails were enjoyed and the food… my god, the food was so good. Will be back to frequent often. Keep up the great work, i know its been tough for the industry the past couple years but keep it up.
After an exhilarating drive into Poughkeepsie (and not in the fun “exhilarating” way), my girlfriend and I needed a damn drink. Refinery 51 delivered.They have one of my all-time favorites Spaten Oktoberfest on the menu, and she had the Italian Ice cocktail. The burnt ends we ordered were alright, but the drinks and the upscale interior was great. We went midday, but I can see how this place might be a spot later on at night. Check it out, get the Italian Ice cocktail, talk to the great bar staff, and do it all again.
Lovely place. Special cocktails are lovely, nice menu, food is great. One major pet peeve: it's barely open! Not open for lunch during the week, not open late on Sunday evenings, even when there's an event at the Convention Center or The Bardavon. The owners must be independently wealthy since they are throwing away money by having such limited hours. As a new resident, I could wish Poughkeepsie would stop operating like a small town and live up to its potential.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, will not be the last! Everything was amazing. From the food, aesthetics and are sever Nick! Nick was one of the best servers I've ever had the privilege of having serve me. He was attentive and knew the menu well. The food was also first class, it was all a hit! Will be going back weekly.
Food was 4.5 stars, the review is 3 stars because of poor communication on their website and by the host who picked up the phone for our takeout order. Their menu was not up to date on their own website - we ordered two orders of the Smoked Short Rib entree and ended up with two orders of short rib tacos as the short rib entree was no longer in the menu. The host did not confirm despite us ordering explicitly “two orders of the smoked short rib.”

Had an amazing dinner before a show at the civic center and went back for drinks after the show. Great food , Great drinks, Great Wait staff and excellent bartenders! The live entertainment was also perfect.
