I've ordered online many times and it's usually great. We dined in recently and there were a few glitches with the service/orders which was corrected. I'm sure it was a fluke. The place appeared to be clean, the food was great, and staff were friendly.
Great burgers, great fast service. Endless soda was great. Had the chili burger.. just the right level of middle spice for my taste. Cooked correctly. Friend with had burger fixed his way and they got it right. No issue will do again.. for a chain they have their product being done correctly
This was, for me, a blast from the past. We no longer have Red Robin where I live. I used to frequent this place often as a teenager of Brooklyn. I recommend the Monster Burger. It's too much for me nowadays but I used to put it away pretty good back in the day and it still is very tasty. In fact my mouth is watering while writing this review.
My husband & I sat at the bar so we could watch the baseball game. Had great service. Food was hot (with lots of their yummy fries)!
Typical red robin. Acess into parking lot is not set up well. Floor was not very clean. Staff was friendly and polite. But seemed off their game regarding service time.
Great wait staff, great burger. Everything was made perfectly to order. The waiter was attentive. We enjoyed our visit
Food is pretty alright and priced fair. Service is usually very good too. Christina was our waitress and was fantastic. Have had her before and she was great then too. Usually in and out of here very quickly which is nice.
Visited first week of April 2022. Wonderful food and great service. Screaming Red Zombie was heavy on liquor (not complaining!). It’s a great option if you want to get in and out within an hour.
Today was my first time at Red Robin the service was great !! I Was Served By A Server Named Michelle And She Was Amazing ! I Definitely Wanna Come Back And Want Her To Be My Server Everytime. Great Chefs Too. The Cinnamon Rings Too Fire.
Thanks again for a great dining experience as always and I was happy to share a dinner here with my family. I am a frequent patron of Red Robin with my girlfriend but it was my brother's birthday and he was planning on going to Texas Roadhouse. Upon entering Texas Roadhouse, I was immediately insulted and embarrassed by their staff as well as management for my inability to put a covering over my face. After being offered the ability to wait outside in the icy February winter with my 70 year old father as well as with the rest of my family, I told them we will be taking our money elsewhere. Shame on them. I quickly suggested Red Robin and everyone perked up and almost immediately forgot about the insulting ordeal we had just experienced. I assured them that I have never had a problem at Red Robin and the reliable staff was more than happy to seat our party of 7 without any issues at all. I think outside of having the best burger and sandwich combos in town, Red Robin also has the best drink options by far. My brother agrees with me that you guys make the best house margarita as well! Keep it up because it is the gold standard. Our server, Manal I believe it was, deserved every bit of the 50% gratuity. ? She was awesome and she kept everyone full and happy. As a loyal Red Robin customer, I'm glad you guys were able to impress my family and save the day after Texas Roadhouse tried to ruin it. I'm happy to patronize a business that values its customers and their freedom over virtue signaling. Keep up the great work everyone.
