Had some great pork katsu and fried rice and some pretty decent sushi.
Absolutely lovely experience. The food was very good. Spaced out seating. I was pleased with how clean everything was. Definitely worth a return trip. The selection was very good, but the sushi stood out most of all.
AWFUL SUSHI. Was not fresh, the ikura was chewy and sticky, shrimp dumplings smelled of ammonia, overall sushi tasted like it had been in the fridge for too long. Very poor experience and I've never had restaurant sushi that I've not liked. Had me and my father feeling like we just paid for a stomache ache
I took my grandkids here because they begged to have a sushi dinner. I agreed even though I do not eat it myself. The inside of this restaurant was aesthetically pleasing, not overly fancy, but not too basic. The prices are quite reasonable compared to other restaurants. So if you are on a tight budget and like sushi, I recommend going here. They are located in the plaza in Red Oaks Mills (Town of Poughkeepsie).Btw, I forgot to mention that my grandkids said the sushi and miso soup taste delicious.
Sushi is pretty good. They have a great mix of rolls. Presentation is fun. Dining room can use some updating.
The food here is delicious. Everything takes fresh and really shows their care in preparation. The sushi glistens and their cooked dishes really stand out. It is cozy and small, takes a little bit longer for cooked food but well worth it.
Very bland and dissapointing. The one special roll I got was extremely lacking in tempura eel inside which resulted in a ratio of flavors. I honestly believe the sushi rice is completely unseasoned and lacks any rice vinegar at all which contributed to the total lack of flavor. The rest of the meal especially the Kani salad had basic flavors with no flair. The yaki dish my wife got looked nice but again lacked any flavor. Over all, nice looking food but no flavor. If you are into bland cracker barrel style food, this is the place for you.
Very quiet, not too bz, sushi taste good

Delicious and beautifully presented. Reasonable prices.
