By far the best sushi in the area. A nice little atmosphere and real care put into the special rolls!
This is the best Japanese restaurant around hands down! I love everything. I haven’t had fresher sushi than this. It’s the best. Even my wife who isn’t big on sushi was raving. Get the Philly Rolls! All other food is absolutely outstanding as well, not just sushi. The people/family that run this place are so genuinely nice and accommodating. You can tell they care about putting out a consistently outstanding product and running a clean, tight, ship - all while making you feel warm, welcome, & at home. From service to food - everything is class act, top-notch.
After moving up to Dutchess from Manhattan, I have not been able to get my sushi fix for 5 years! Finally I found new ichiban and can firmly say I found my new sushi spot. The fish was fresh and well prepared. Woo!
One of the best sushi places around, love the smoked salmon sashimi and salmon rolls ! Very nice people as well!

Delicious!! Everything we've had so far was extremely tasty and well made. My personal favorites are the cold soba & shrimp hibachi. Love this place, will definitely keep coming back!
