Had nuggets and fries with a sweet tea. I enjoyed it. I just hate that McDonald's prices are so high nowadays so I don't have it very often. Which may be a good thing.
The last couple times my family has gotten something from McDonald’s when we get home and check the bag something’s missing when we literally paid for it.
The place is always clean, staff kind and the good delivered fast!
It's fast food spot so there are its ups and downs. It's the only McDonald's besides the one by Marist college. The interactions I've had with the staff have always been friendly and I am always so pleased by them. The food overall is good and my order has always been right so far. Overall the drive thru is a hit or a miss in terms of traffic, the food is pretty good, and the staff is nice. I'd say it's worth the stop.
This is the 2nd time they have done this!! They didn’t do anything to fix it either. So I’m out the $$ and food. Wasn’t even for me but for my son, so thank you Main St Poughkeepsie Location. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s hands down. Staff is rude, messy and unprofessional- not to mention they can’t make their food correctly. Soggy, old cold fries, missing a BURGER, and gave me a warm chocolate milk. I’d give no stars if I could- definitely doesn’t deserve any stars.
Would have gave a zero but not a option. I don't give a bad review on one trip everyone has a bad day, but been going here for over 40 years but every time I go there they never get order right are no cup holders order coffee have to pull up and wait for it .I'm diabetic and tell them to no sugar there's always sugar in it if I had the money I wasted at that place I would be rich. No More

Food was good ?. Customer service top notch. I requested extra Mac sauce,the server was so nice she put it in a separate container. I'm loving it.
Employees are extremely rude. Your order is right probably 6/10 times. And you're lucky if they even get the order right. Disappointing, this McDonald's should think about hiring some new people.
THE BEST MCDONALDS IN DUTCHESS COUNTY! Orders are never wrong and service is so so fast. Must have a great crew working there.
