Not going to bad mouth a Black owned restaurant. But you need to hire and train new staff. I don't see how those two workers still there, they have to be family. They hate their job and misery loves company.
Worst customer service ever from the two staff spoke to. Terrible customer service not worth going to and the staff are unprofessional will never eat there.i still will not eat there not because the food isn't good but because of the two other staff. But the way the the owner called to deescalate situation due to her staff i truly appreciate. Thats the only reason i will change my rating from a 1 to a 5. I understand how hard it is for small business. If it wasn't for her and her being respectful. But i will say to still support small business. The other two staff just needs better customer service training. But the owner is a kind spirit
I’ve visited this establishment 3 times and the food did not disappoint. But & however, the customer service gets worse each time as well. 1st time, a friend and I walked in & the young man behind the counter refused to acknowledge either of us. watching Wakanda on the tv seemed way more important. We even walked out & walked back in and he EVENTUALLY asked how could he help us…crazy! The 2nd time a young lady assisted me and she seemed to be more polite and interested in my patronage. Today I walked in and a different young lady took my card to pay for the food and she wouldn’t push the card machine closer so that I can enter my pin. I had to reach almost over the counter to put in the code. AND! Instead of her handing my card back to me, I had to reach over the counter yet again and retrieve it from her…the attitudes of the people in this establishment is disgusting. Please do better…
I have never felt so dirsrespected in my life. So rude. You have been warned. The woman at the counter is the worst but I have yet to have a great experience.
The goat soup is so good lots of meat staff is great only problem the line was almost outside.so u know the food is good.awesome.blessings
I love this wonderful establishment at all times l Loved everything, but what impressed me the most was the friendly, helpful Staff that helped me choose my meal and was cheerful, upbeat, and just generally a great person I would definitely recommend this place to anyone Can't wait to go back!
Listen when you can get a well cooked home meal on any given day of the week that's a great place not to mention it's mouth-watering dishes....and I must say the serving size is most bountiful while not costing a great deal...????
Quality food at a reasonable price, customer is remarkably. This have become my most frequent lunch and dinner spot especially now that it is open on Sundays ! highly recommend
