Came here this afternoon since everything else was closed for the 4th of July- ended up sitting at the bar and had a great time with the bar tender Daniella, she went out of her way to be accommodating to my drink orders and was really great to talk with!! I’m not one for chain places but she made me want come back!
Family of 6 dined outside, food was good. Drinks were not cold by the time they got to us. Overall environment was not very great. We have tried this location multiple times and had the same feelings each time. Was not bad, but definitely not something I'd go out of my way for.
The food was ok. But the fact that we had waited 20 mins for a waiter to even look at us brings this restaurants rating down. There were ppl who came in after us getting there drinks before we even had utensils. Not very good with customer service. But our waiter dashawn after being alerted to our arrival was beyond nice and helpful btwn the food and his great cs skills its a 3.5 for me
⭐️ -Very nice bar/restaurant. Beach/tiki vibe. I had a visit for lunch on a Wednesday it was very quiet. Full bar and lots of space. I assume the evening brings a more up-beat.I had chicken casadilas and a mojito as a drink. The Bartender was really nice and polite. Very clean and tidy establishment.Overall good experience. Will recommend as a visit for anyone looking for a nice place to eat and drink casually ? ?
Very casual dining environment which is great for hanging out with friends after work. However, service was wanting. Prices are on the high side considering the type of establishment and basic bar food available. Spent over $40 for 2 margheritas, fried pickles and kettle chips. Regardless of service issues, it is a good location so we'd go more often but it's too expensive for us to go there on the regular.
The food was pretty good, the service was ok. We were a group of 5 and was told when we asked for separate checks that it could not be done. We live in modern times. It can be done they just won't. This policy should be changed.plus the table outside were setup it was a nice day and they would only seat us in the bar. Being an alcoholic this was very disturbing.
I order take out of 30 wings, which cost $54. Got home and there was black there was black hair on my wing mixing with the sauce pictures will be attached. I called them to explain to them and they only wanted to offer me another batch of wings. Not even a reimbursement credit my charge card nothing just different order of wings. Then when I ask for the person's name I spoke to she said it was the manager's brother. Speriod she would not release me his name nor her name and she hung up at the phone on me so rest assure I did call Department of Health And here are the pictures
Sat at the bar and didn’t know what to drink, daniela was so helpful! she recommended me some drinks and they were fantastic! will definitely be returning soon! hopefully daniela will be at the bar when i return! 10/10
Best wing place EVER!!! Family friendly, delicious food. I will never go to Buffalo Wild Wings again! Hurricane Grill has won the wing wars!!!
My family and I ate dinner tonight at Hurricane Grill and Wings in Poughkeepsie. We are loyal customers who eat at Hurricane's. Tonight we experienced the worst service imaginable. It started off when I asked if I could substitute another side instead of chips and salsa and was told I could not. We placed our order including boneless wings as an appetizer. Then, Brett our waiter told us we could only get 3 sauces instead of 4 which was not that way last month. My daughter and I finished our drinks and were not asked if we needed refills. All of a sudden all the food came out including our appetizer. I said to our waiter that we wanted the wings before dinner and that they should be comped. He spoke to the manager who agreed. Not once did the manager come over to make sure things were okay. The waiter did not ask us how our dinner was. The waiter started talking bad about us to the customers that were behind us which is very unprofessional. We had to ask for the check and for two containers. At this point, the waiter apologized. I said to him that he provided the worst service my family and I have experienced and we would probably not be back. I said you did not once try to make things better with the appetizer until I suggested it be comped. Also, you did not ask us how our food was done nor get us refills until you were asked. The waiter walked around our table 4 times not asking if we needed refills. He said thank you for the constructive criticism and that he would try to do better. He did however give the table in front of us better service than us. He was very passive aggressive and the manager should have dealt appropriately with him. On a positive note, the food was good.
