Just picked up a half cheese and half Chicken Bacon Ranch with no ranch. the half of the large pizza had 6 pieces of chicken and no bacon. Super disappointed for $25. Guess it's back to Joe Cristiano's!
You don't get full table service if you dine in. It's more of a get your food at the counter and sit down. Didn't stop them from asking for a tip. Lazy staff. They watched me throw out my dinner untouched and didn't even ask how it was. Both spackenkill and Wappingers have better service. Spend a few more minutes in the car and get a better experience.
Customer service was pleasant and pizza was great. Price was somewhat reasonable. If you are looking for lunch to grab and go, or want to sit for a few, this is the place
Glad doing business with them, my sister dropped her pizza I went back to them... I insisted to pay for another pie they gave it to us for free. Thank you guys!
Visited family in Poughkeepsie and highly recommend the Buffalo chicken slice!
Will NEVER order from this place again. Pizza comes in a dirty box and was not cut. Of course I can cut the pizza, but I would assume that if you’re spending a decent amount on pizza that it would be cut and properly packed. Was promised compensation for the what was not done and the manager was RUDE. Never had I experienced customer service like this and instead of owning up to their mistake and making it right they laugh and accuse me of wanting something for free….I have never experienced such a horrible encounter where I was made to feel that way. Absolutely disgusted with this place. I will never support this business again.
Pizza some of the best in the area. Ordered Italian hero for the first time from North Rd. location. Simple sandwich. The worst I have had in 5 years of living in the area. Sad. Looked forward to sampling some of their other sandwiches. Will not even attempt now.
The food is fast and the staff is friendly, nice clean place, and I loved the boneless wings! Very crispy and tender. Great place to bring the family!! Highly recommend.
Absolutely horrendous. Ordered food from this dump. The delivery driver who had just came to my place 4 days prior, goes to the wrong place, then happens to leave his phone on by mistake for me to hear everything. He calls Giacomo to check the address, they tell him the correct address and he decided to just leave. I call back and the young girl has the nastiest attitude her name is Lindsay. She's a liar, contradicted everything she said. Wouldn't remake my food, wouldn't refund, just sent the food back ice cold over an hour later. She lied about her name, was so snarky and nasty on the phone, where's your customer service? I will be contacting the manager and will be going in person to rectify this situation. None of the workers care about customer service and are just straight up rude. Good thing I caught it all on voicemail because the guy didn't hang up. A mistake that works in my benefit. I'll never order from this place again. Horrible.
