Online ordering is trash. Limited options to customize your order. Ordered a chicken BLT but instead got a chicken sandwich essentially as there wasn’t any bacon. Why would they do that?? Dont ask me. Even if i wanted exactly what I got i cant even explicitly say that in the check out window online. So good job Giacomo’s. Not a big deal but it’s the little things that matter.
I’ve had their food several times over the past few years and it’s average at best. Tonight I tried the southwestern chicken wrap which seemed like nothing more than salsa and plain white meat chicken in a wrap. This will be my last time ordering from this place.

I've been a client of yours for years and the experience I had today at the Poughkeepsie place was horrible I ordered a piece of pizza with mushrooms they served me raw and cold I asked them to cook the mushrooms more they just started speaking bad things in Spanish but they don't know what my spanish is perfect fan it's a shame you have employees like that all the three employees in front speak spanish the cashier and two girls
Pretty good pizza, but they got my order wrong - put 3 toppings on one pizza instead of 2 on one and 1 on another.
Place was clean, food was good. In a town with 2 pizza places on every corner I'll be coming back here again.
Pizza was C O L D and tasted like school pizza I am DISTURBED. And the mozzarella sticks were under cooked, this place needs some new workers. Tell that to the old man in the back.
