I don't think there's EVER been a time where I've gone to this Dunkin and gotten my correct order. Ordered on doordash from this location this morning, and lemme tell you, the ONLY correct item was my coffee. I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and they sent me a barely toasted sesame bagel with the smallest amount of cream cheese ever. Ordered a blueberry muffin, received one with a giant chunk missing out of it. Also ordered a half dozen donuts which never even made it to my house.Do not give this franchise your money, the owners do not care about their staffing or supply issues.
This is the location on the corner of Noxon and Titusville roads - ever since that wealthy young couple from Fairfield County Connecticut bought the franchise everything is gone downhill there. Huge turnover in the staff inconsistent pricing often running out of regular typical items. Doesn't seem like management there knows what the hell they're doing. And it's quite clear that the new owners just don't care.
The employee Shtasha was very rude to me even though the problem I had was very simple to be solved and she made me think that small problem to remake a drink was going to cost her the money. She then added to the drink the ingredients I wanted when I told her toRemake it since now it was going to taste super sweet. Which it did. I had to throw it away (my hard earned money) and had to go to another dunkin. I will not be coming back to this place
I drink black coffee...pretty hard to screw up right? 1st time I order black coffee they filled it with sugar, 2nd two times the coffee tasted like chlorine...will not go back again and definitely would not recommend this place.
Convenient location but very busy at times in the drive-thru, expect to wait.
The employees are nice but not only have they messed my simple order on occasion this last incident was too muchI received my tea a lifted it and lid flies off ans spills all over my rental, my work papers, and my hand.The cup lid was not a dunking cup lid and I believe this is the reason why this happened. It did not have the same fir it normally does especially for a tea where the string hangs out.I can't express how upset that I have to reprint my information for work and pay for the recleaning of the rental seat.
A little late in posting, but I had a great experience at this Dunkin the other day. Bryan and Selburn were helping me bring munchkins and hot chocolate to a sleigh riding play date and the hot chocolate machine was down. They helped figure out a different solution and were great customer service wise! Thanks so much, we had a bunch of happy kids that day!
It's an ok place for a few days. The people here are very nice and polite. I would come back again ???
Drive thru makes the gas station unusable and the line wraps around the entire station. Should definitely hire more people. Business 101
Today my fiancé and I were at the drive through and trying to order our drinks, and the manager was meowing at us through the drive thru.. I took a video to prove someone was meowing. Not to be a Karen but how unprofessional I even said that to the worker at the window and he rolled his eyes about her and said she has serious issues and agreed it was unprofessional. Drink was good but seriously ?? Grow up!!
