horrible service, choose another location if you can.
For my commute to NYC for work this is the only joint I can hit before the MTA. Coffee is good but not as good as SB but nothing to complain about. I wish they had apple fritters more often.
The kid with the glasses can’t do his job. Buddy comes in high as a kite and messes up every order. I had to bring my order back 3 times cause this kid couldn’t do it right, and he still got it wrong.
Very slow in the morning. Multiple people served before me that came after me. Worst hot chocolate I paid money for in a long time. Taste like water, and low enthusiasm. Won't be returning unless there is no other option. Very dissapointed.
Horrible service. The employees don't acknowledge people standing in line and are not friendly at all. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to.

Not as good as Starbucks, but their Frozen Matcha Green Tea ? wasn't too bad....
Delicious. Clean restaurant and helpful employees, I wish they had a drive thru.
I am a frequent visitor to most any Dunkin Donuts anywhere. I love plan hot coffee no matter the time of year and rarely disappointed. I stay away from donuts however. Today my visit found me on the 9g Hyde Park establishment where I am happy to report seating is back up and running while maintaining social distancing. Never go wrong having their coffee and at half the price of Starbucks you cant go wrong
