Nice Dunkin' Donuts. As with most, they prioritize the drive thru over walk-ins. There really isn't a place to sit down in this shop as there is a gas station and a convenience store attached. Parking can be tight and exiting west onto route 44 can be very difficult most times of the day.
Just had to have a Boston cream donut. Nothing was wrong but hard to rate a drive thru for a snack with 5 stars
The woman who took my order was very friendly. The place was nice and clean and I was in and out. Definately would recommend this location

I drive through this morning to purchase coffee snd breakfast. Got to the window to be told they do not take Apple Pay and that they haven’t been taking it for several weeks ! Liar,”liar I’ve been my Apple Pay every other day at this location ! I’m going to report this to the BBB! Poor service and customer service was lousy !
Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes after ordering from the app. Ordered a latte with mocha swirl, received a large hot chocolate instead. These people can’t do anything right. AVOID.
This was an easy 2 star to give. From the drive through girl telling me to "hold up" on my order to her passing me over to someone else. It gets better. While waiting at the window for my order one of the staff members dropped a bag on the floor, complained and then DUMPED the contents of the bag into a new one. Nice!Can't complain about the food, that was the good part (unless my food was dropped before I could see it LOL).Going to recommend that people go to a different DD. There are others nearby.
