Came here a few days a go i ordered drink & donuts. The drink was good just how I wanted but the donuts were melted all over and inside the bag too. This was absolutely terrible.
Unmelted cheese on breakfast sandwich and the bagel tasted moldy.
What happens to the donuts was there on Saturday the donuts were terrible not the same . They were dry too small for the amount of money I paid . Going to price chopper from now on they have awesome donuts worth the money
The Dunkin Donuts on Main Street in Poughkeepsie is the best.. The staff are amazing they are always pleasant and kind especially Evelisse. She always greets you with a smile and makes you feel better about your day???

Also the go-to spot for pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and Dunkin nibbles.Opens at 6am and currently closes at 10pm. Hours may vary due to the current challenges associated with the pandemic.Services include phone and online orders for expediency of in-store pickup, service protection barriers, dining in (limited amount of customer), and outdoor seating. There is abundant parking, courteous and efficient staff and access to restrooms. Great location.
Dunkin' Donuts is part of Roark Capital Group. They spent under $100 million on advertising in digital, print, and national TV in the last year, but wouldn't it be nice if they spent some of their Wealth on improving upon their Service Times at some of our Local Franchises here in Dutchess County by hiring more staff...Having long lines in the middle of what's still a national Pandemic is not in our best interest as a society
The one in poughkeepsie was lousy, coffee was cold and they forgot to give me the coffee roll that was paid for, time consuming

Staff great. Unfortunately, lack of employees does effect my rating abit that's no fault of the hard workers .
