It hurts me to see that this place has such a low rating because every time that I have gone to pick up my pizza, I have not had a problem. The people there now are super nice and Deanna is amazing!!
The worst Domino's store I've ever been to. Rude staff. I placed an order which said it was delivered but never arrived. Tried calling the store around 15 times but to no avail. Went to the store and the staff was rude and they told me to come some other day and they can't and won't do anything about the issue. Wow!!!
Food always comes late and my wife always has a problem contacting the store. Went in today to resolve an issue from a couple nights ago. A manager named Zach was completely proffesional and helped me out within seconds.
Worst customer service ever. Order a pizza at 5 pm took 2 hours to get my pizza and showed up cold. The are refusing to issue a refund who wants a credit when it takes 2 hours to get food. This is the second time they failed to deliver on time and deliver cold food to me. Avoid this place at all cost. !! Thieves !!
Horrible place. I waited two hours to get a cancel order message that my pizza not getting delivered due to one driver. They reimbursed me but keep the tip that I paid online and will not answer the phone. Corporate should definitely due to something about this store.
The food is good. Delivery ehh. I’ll never tip on the card again. Cash only. Didn’t realize the driver would be LAZY. Can’t even walk up the stairs to deliver the pizza. Had us walk downstairs to meet him. We requested your service not the other way around. Next time you give me your tip and I’ll come downstairs with no problem.
I've personally never had a problem with Dominos but they have really let themselves go. Last night I ordered at 10:45 to exact. I know the delivery takes a while so I expected that. But last night they never brought my order and I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE store since 12 am last night and no answer. I have called today and still NO ANSWER. I just want my refund. So unprofessional.
This place is by far the best dominoes I’ve ever been to! Excellent customer service and the food is also great! Jamie helped me out over the phone and is a very pleasant person to speak to and helped me with my order. He takes his job seriously and goes above and beyond he definitely deserves a raise! Come here to order your pizza you won’t be disappointed!
Amazing store, and even more wonderful staff member named Jamie had single handedly given me and my family the most amazing, best customer service I have ever received. He was incredibly helpful, polite and kind when assisting me with my order. I cannot express how greatful I am for his employment at this store as he has completely boosted my view of the entire company. This man deserves a raise more than anyone I’ve ever met. This time i was on hold for 45 minutes had to drive to the store while on the phone. Just so they could SEE and REALIZE they need to work on their phone skills. They had their ringer turned all the way down on a football sunday in the afternoon time. I wonder how much money was lost ?. They did give me my pizza for free! Other than that I love Domino's ??
